how to deal with “high school” behaviour from women at work!

As the title suggests, a group of women in their 20s have decided they dont like me. I’m liked by most other colleagues and have been at the job longer than them. Ive never said anything to them in particular, but theres a cliquey atmosphere that others have noticed too.

One girl in particular just stares at me all the time and all the others use exclusion tactics (very much “you cant sit with us” vibes). They are open about their group chat (which is not a crime!!) but i just know i’m talked about in there! They roll their eyes a lot and make strange looks at each other.

They will be perfomatively warm with other colleagues in front of me too.

Its been going on for a year now and its beginning to bother me. I like my job so dont want to leave but it may come to a point where i need to leave just because of them.

Please tell me how to deal with this
