Here's my next batch of battle maps. Last time was a country road in a temperate environment (or a tundra in the case of the winter version, I suppose), so this time I figured I'd share some more exotic environments. In this batch are:

• Jungle
• Oasis
• Swamp
• Underwater

I've provided day and night versions of every map both with and without a grid. This time, I've included the map size in the file names.

I've used the Underwater map countless times in encounters like the "Young Bronze Dragon" encounter from the "Joining Factions" section of Waterdeep: Dragon Heist.

On the other hand, I've actually never been able to use the Oasis map, despite trying on numerous occasions. My players have found every chance to not go to an oasis when the opportunity presents itself haha!

Hi everyone,

I've been running regular fantasy TTRPG games for a number of years now, and I've generated dozens if not hundreds of battle maps using Dungeondraft in that time.

I figured it's time to start sharing some of this work with the broader TTRPG community. I'm not a professional battle map artist, but these maps have served my tables well, and hopefully they’ll be useful for GMs who need something ready to drop into a game.

My intention is to release a few maps per week for the foreseeable future covering a multitude of scenarios and environments. In this first post, I've shared a simple country road in different seasons with day/night and grid/no grid variations.

The Summer No Grid version of this map was one of the first maps I ever made in Dungeondraft for the "Escorting Refugees" option in the third party supplement to Baldur's Gate: Descent into Avernus, The Fall of Elturel by Anthony Joyce and Justice Arman.

I'm happy to answer any questions about how I use any of these maps I'll be posting in my games!
