How can I be sure that my recent dyslexia and ADHD diagnosis is accurate and that the clinician isn’t simply telling me this to make money?

I went to a psychologist to get myself evaluated for dyslexia and ADHD. Based on what I told her about the challenges I have been facing, she said that I have dyslexia and ADHD.
For the assessment, all she did was ask me about the difficulties I experience and then ask me to write an essay on any topic. Based on this, she concluded that I have dyslexia. She also said that since I have already completed my academics successfully, there is no need for me to get an official label or certificate. Instead, she wants to help me develop coping mechanisms to manage the challenges I face at work.

I want to be sure that she has assessed me correctly and that she is not simply giving me this diagnosis for financial reasons. During my school years, I did struggle with learning and reading, so I feel that my foundational skills are quite weak.
