ASUS ROG Flow - White Power LED ON, Black Screen, No Fans
Hi,
My ASUS ROG Flow was working perfectly. I shut it down normally from Windows (“Shut Down”).
About 1 hour later, I tried to turn it back on and now:
White power LED stays ON permanently
Screen is completely black
No ASUS / ROG logo
No keyboard backlight
No fan noise
Caps Lock does ´
Charger is connected and gets slightly warm
I can hear a very faint electrical noise inside the laptop
Holding the power button for 40-60 seconds did not help
EC Reset did not seem to change anything
The laptop was not dropped, not opened, and no hardware was changed. It literally worked fine before being shut down.
White LED stays ON even when the charger is disconnected.
Laptop is completely cold.
No fan spin, no keyboard backlight, no display, and holding the power button for 90 seconds has absolutely no effect.
Does anyone know what could cause a ROG Flow to show a solid white power LED but absolutely no display or fan activity?
