To what degree fatigue starts affecting judgment during long rides?
On longer rides, I find myself pushing too hard or delaying sleep/rests too much and that has taken me down to the wrong places.
Sometimes I only realize it afterwards.
I'm working on that since I've realized that resting is detrimental - at least for me - in order to make the right decisions for my event.
Is it sleep deprivation for you?
Calories?
Or Just cumulative fatigue?
