3rd IUI today & I'm just...tired
Today is my 3rd IUI, and honestly, I feel defeated. I feel like I’ve been trying so hard for so long that I don’t even know how much hope I have left.
I even forgot to take my trigger shot when I was supposed to. I had to call the clinic in a panic, and thankfully they told me I could still take it and that there was still hope for this cycle. I’m trying so hard to hold onto that.
I really hope this one works. 🤍 But this journey has taken so much out of me. I feel like I’ve become so consumed by timing, medications, follicles, appointments, and wondering if this will finally be the month that I’ve lost track of who I even am outside of trying to get pregnant.
I know there’s still hope, and I’m trying to believe that. I just needed to say out loud that this is really hard.
For those of you who have had a successful iui, I’d really love to hear your stories. How many IUIs did it take for you? And how long had you been trying to conceive before you decided to do IUI? Hearing some positive stories would honestly mean so much to me right now. 🤍
