New Harvest 2026/27 is here!
The new harvest 2026/27 just landed at the Olivest, and with it comes Chrysin Elaion Limited Edition, an ultra-high-phenolic Greek extra virgin olive oil made from wild local olives in Grammatiko Athens.
Its reported phenolic concentration is 2,214 mg/kg* (measured by NMR on 14/09/26), and you can taste it: a remarkably strong peppery kick and an intense, unmistakable bitterness.
