Immigrants visa while asylum pending with no unlawful presence or criminal record background!
My sister going to go for f2b visa immigrants from Jordan
Hello everybody, I been so stress about my sister satiation
( she entered United States without a visa but she been inspected and they putt her into the detention and then my auntie give her a bond and they release her to United States and immediately she applied for asylum she used to have parole every year until it expired while her asylum is pending and it’s still pending my mom got her green card in 2017 and she filed for her and my attorney administratively close her case to wait for her visa and in 2020 her I-130 got approved and now as 2026 her case is still pending and in asylum road but it’s temporary closed her visa now is available she doesn’t have any criminal record she doesn’t have unlawful presence
Anyone has the experience to terminate her/his case and process the immigrants visa overseas with no issue please please please let me know and I will really appreciate it may God bless u all
