Last home game of the season
One of the worst performances I’ve ever seen.
Runjaic confirms he will be back with Udinese next season
reddit.comConference league path…
I want to preface by saying that this is a long shot and may become a moot point if Atalanta gain at least one point today…but (correct me if I’m wrong) if everything below happens, we should be in a UECL spot?
Win out + Atalanta lose out + Lazio lose Coppa Italia & get max of 4 points + a Bologna loss
Again, obviously unlikely, but what an end to the season it would be. Would make keeping Solet + Atta more likely as well
Bravo Udinese Calcio
Putting some thoughts out for our Reddit community.
First off, I will admit that I was extremely skeptical of the team's ability to compete this season after losing pillars like Lucca, Bijol, and Thauvin.
But the team managed to build an extremely talented and deep squad by maximizing the talent they already had (while turning them into leaders) like: Atta, Ekk, Davis, Solet, Kaba, Okoye, Karlstrom while also acquiring a wide range of players who have each contributed in their own ways! (Zaniolo, Zanoli, Piotrowski, Miller, Buksa, Gueye, Bertola, Mlacic)
A big BRAVO is in order for Kosta Runjaic who is a confident manager, clearly capable of bringing the best out of a young squad.
This is the first time Udinese have hit 50 points since the 2012/13 season. We have been waiting SOME time!
Let us enjoy the last 2 games of the season and look forward to the new additions to the squad in the summer! And let's hope to continue building a great project by retaining key players! 🤞🏼
Fuarce Udin !
