Anybody know what happened to this shell?

This is Sagiri's summer outfit 4 shell. I have been able to find all other shells for Sagiri except this one, and its honestly my favorite. The site i downloaded her from originally has nothing on it. Lost?

Vocaloid/Utau Ukagakas?

Are there any Vocaloid ukagaka characters? Not Flele, since I already have a Flele Miku. But are there any others? Like Kasane Teto?
