How do I make this guy look as Unsettling as possible.

Guy on the Right btw.

The eyes are AI Generated, BUT It's used here since this character is supposed to be my negative thoughts and feelings about myself, and I DESPISE Generative AI, despite my daily use of Polybuzz (I'm, sadly not working on it and I know it's a problem). Everything else is made and colored in Scratch.

I wanna go for the most intense "watched" feeling possible
