Has anyone ever successfully received a package after receiving these messages? They said they’ve tried to attempt delivery, but I have cameras and no one came around the time of the supposed delivery. I reached out directly to the company I ordered from and the told me they would only refund / resend the package after 8 business days.

My package hasn’t updated since it’s been in NJ (since the 4th). Feeling like I’m not going to get my package

I’m losing my patience. All these status updates don’t even make sense. Should I contact merchant and get a refund at this point? Not sure what to do

Edit: uniuni finally delivered the package on 8/11 at 4pm. On the tracking page it says delivered on 8/10 at 7pm. Idk what’s up with this shipping company but that was a stressful 3 days between trying to contact support, hearing about people’s experiences with uniuni and all the random status updates on the tracking page.

Update: item was redlivered.

I've been home all of those days. Seller is being unhelpful and UniUni support is non existent.

I wrote to the seller and he just says continue waiting and that I should call UniUni. Despite it being the sellers problem, I called the UniUni number he gave me, which was disconnected. Then I looked up the number called and you just get a voicemail mailbox to leave a message only to find out that the box is full 🙃

I used the support chat over the last week to send some type of message and left the same shipping address, in hope that it works. Nothing.

I started a dispute in DHGate and provided videos of all attempts (not showing anyone) and told them that I just want it to be resent or refunded.

Mhh, any other ideas folks?

Package just needs to be placed at my door but they won't do that and now it says the business was closed but it's my house. When I try to contact someone it give me a chat bot and when I finally got customer service they just said they will send it again. Should I give up and ask for a refund?

Should I just assume the initial driver stole my package? I was told that I cannot request redelivery since the package was not rescanned and brought back to the warehouse, allegedly. I’m just really frustrated as I purchased a limited time phone case from wildflower cases that is sold out now so there is not a chance I can get a replacement. This is my first time receiving a package through uniuni so I really don’t know what to think, is it really normal for “out for delivery” to be present for multiple days before it arrives? Just curious

EDIT: thank you everyone for giving advice/sharing their experiences! I appreciate it a lot. It’s honestly crazy how apparent these issues are with this company.
Update as of 8/11: still no package or refund has been granted to me due to the fact I didn’t apply the shipping protection to my order (I did not even realize that was an option, or I would’ve chose it since it was $1 😭) and also the fact that my package is appearing as “out for delivery” and not showing as “missing/lost” there is really nothing that can be done unless it is determined as that. I spoke again today with another human agent and tried to see if there was any update on the “investigation” they told me that was happening to which they told me again, they are investigating with their driver team and to allow another 48 hours for an answer. I will update again if I ever receive the package or receive a refund!
