Parcel hasn't moved from "Parcel Received"
Hello all, another frustrated post among the many loud voices of frustrated people. I had an order being initially transported through APC on May 26th and they handed it off June 3rd to Uniuni. Pretty exciting but uniuni has had it for 11 days without an update to their parcel received status. I attempted to contact support and that was a bit of a walkaround with the bot for a while till I told it to connect me to a human agent. Since each time i tried took a while for them to respond to me i eventually got 3 people with 3 different responses. I can't blame the support too much since there isn't a lot they know about my particular package however I got ; it hasn't been received, its being sorted and will take a while, and has potentially been lost.
My question is how likely is it that regional sorting takes 11 days without an update when nearly every other company i have ever used , especially at priority, has taken mere days. (which uniuni doesn't show if it is priority or not.)
Also was told by one rep to check back in 4 days.
