When should I say something?

My package has shown out for delivery since Monday. It’s now Wednesday afternoon and it’s yet to be delivered. I’ve never had a package be delivered through UniUni and I never want to again. When should I start to worry? I was honestly worried by Monday evening and now it’s Wednesday afternoon.
