Hey guys, just got into Unturned again after like 5 years and Iam wondering what good and bad maps are for singleplayer. I want to start solo to learn the Game again before diving into MP and PVP.

I always enjoyed to play on Russia, both with my friends and alone. But what else is there. Thanks for your answers in advance :)

Unturned keeps freezing in single player but not in multiplayer it freezes at random moments too I can play life rp without lagging but Russia single player just freezes

Recently went back as I saw california 2 trailer.

It looks really good but I found myself struggling on understanding what the map offers, and what to do in clearing it. I know some people will say "try it yourself" as an answer, but its not really an option that is easy to do in PVP settings.

Would like to know at least some idea on what I go to an area for and what I can expect. There is lack of video in youtube that breaks down what the map has to offer.

Also some question about keycards, and hazmat suit. I have went into the metro station but found no hazmat mask at all, but several clothes and pants, is it random rare drop or did I search wrong?

Also how to get keycards? What does it look like? Is it dropped by the zombie? Is it random loot spawn? Guaranteed? How do I use it?

Any tips on getting gasmask and filters? Is firestation the only way to do it? Been looking around for 2 hours and saw 0 broken gasmask. Circling the map twice. How rare is it to get that in normal loot drop (im playing in vanilla server)

My friend and I set up a dedicated server and we're trying to modify the config file, but it's not working. The game mode is normal, we've entered everything correctly, we're at a loss. The map is California 2.

I was trying to connect to the unturned roleplay server and suddenly i got a BSOD. What happened? Is the server safe to join?

okay so I've been playing this game for a few years now, with months of breaks in-between but like everytime i go back to the game(usually the time when a new curated map comes out like California 2 and Escalation) the player base is less and less active, even with the new curated maps and mods. I mean i guess it has something to do with nelson's lack of updates for the game, but wouldn't the curated maps atleast bring some players back to the game? oh, and what's with all the new curated maps being pvp focused like Escalation.. i mean i like it don't get me wrong, but more survival focused maps that actually encourage player interaction and not just pvp spam
