Are there any communities for incoming PhD students? I know of BME GSAC, but I was wondering if there are any additional communities.
I’m going to be an undergrad in the business school and would like to buy a refurbished laptop. For those who are in the program, what laptops do you recommend?
I have my orientation scheduled for Thursday the 25th. Should I expect it to actually run from 8 to 8? I can't see how it would actually take 12 hours, but I that's what's advertised on my registration.
Also, should I bring my laptop? I know registration for classes is a part of orientation.
On that note, I realized now that despite requesting it, my high school did not send my final transcripts with my graduation date and that is putting a hold on registration for classes. Should I bring a physical copy of my official transcripts with me or can anything be done about this in time for orientation?
Hey! I’m super interested in nursing and was wondering if anyone had any insider scoops on how to be successful. I constantly bring fear mongered these days about needing a perfect gpa, volunteering experience, cna experience, doing re*search, etc… I know that the nursing program is very competitive any insight about how to survive pre reqs and applying to get into the program?
