After accepting the offer I received the letter (attached image) but I’m unsure of what to do next.
Does this mean that I’m admitted? Do I wait for UP to send me an email? Do I email the office of admissions or the registrar? Do i still have to go through some sort of admission procedure?
I’ve looked through the UPOU website but I’m still very confused, please help!

• May graduation pa ba?
• Pwede na ba agad mag-take ng LET?
• Ano usually yung next na inaasikaso?
• Saan kayo nagtanong before — school registrar, PRC, or dean’s office?
Hindi ko na talaga maalala yung process and I don’t know where to start huhu. Would appreciate any advice from those who already went through this 🥹
hi! i’m from another up cu and maaga yung start ng classes (aug 3). ano pong gagawin kapag hindi pa po na-receive yung noa at nag-start na yung acad year sa home unit? sa mga successful t1 applicants sa bams, nag-enroll pa po ba kayo for the semester habang hinintay yung results sa upou? 🥲

Someone here who can clarify/elaborate this po. nag-confirm na ako sa unang email nila na June 13 ang GAT tapos after 9 minutes ng naunang email, may ganito pahabol. di naman ako pinapapili ng date 'di ba? like kung saan na lang ba sa dalawa na yan nila ako ilalagay? 🥹 para ma-plan ko sana ang leave ko. salamat po.
Hi, guys! To those who've gone on to the Master of Information Systems program, do you think a failing mark in a class in the Diploma in Computer Science program will prevent admission there? I was considering applying but found out just now that I got a 5.0 in CMSC 207.
Also, does that failing mark automatically expel me from the DCS, like in other graduate programs in other campuses of the university? I didn't read anything about it in the program handbook. If not, can I take classes outside the program? Can I take MIS classes in advance?
Hello po! Natatagalan po kasi yung pag process po ng documents ko sa registrar namin so baka sa mismong deadline na po ako makapagpasa. Asking lang po kung may naka pag try na po dito magsend through Lalamove? From QC lang po ako kaso alam niyo po ba kung anong ilalagay sa phone number and contact name ng UPOU at kung ano po yung exact address? Dalawa po kasi yung lumalabas. Community hub po at Headquaters. Alin po dito yung The Admission Section, Office of the University Registrar? Please help po 😭🙏🏻
Is it okay to mail the recommendation letters along with my other hard copy requirements? Or do the recommenders themselves have to mail it?
Title says. Also, does it need to be an original copy of the PSA birth certificate and 2 government issued ID? I only have 1, which is my passport. Is it okay if the other one is an NBI Clearance?

Hello! Based on the school calendar, the deadline for other programs (MIS) is on May 23, 2026. Does this mean kailangan mapasa na lahat before that date, including the hard copies of the documents, and dapat sent out na rin yung recommendation letter? I only have less than a week left and I’m afraid I won’t be able to finish everything. Hindi ko naasikaso agad since a lot has happened in my life over the past few months. Please be kind, I just need advice. Thank you!

Hi, I’m currently applying to UPOU and trying to pay my application fee through the Landbank ePayment Facility (Landbank/Bancnet).
The problem is, whenever I try to proceed with the payment, it gives this error: “The customer email field is required.” But the weird thing is… there’s currently NO email input field on the payment page anymore.
Yesterday (May 12), there actually was an email box there, but I wasn’t able to continue yet because I didn’t have enough online cash ready at the time. Now when I came back today, the email field disappeared completely, and now it just keeps showing that error.
I already emailed customer service but haven’t gotten a response yet.
Just wanted to ask if anyone here has encountered the same issue before? If yes, what did you do to solve it?

Ngayon lang nagnotify na natanggap ng univ na nakuha na yung application ko for 1st trim AY '26-'27, and i was wondering how long would it take to be evaluated? Also, what are the things that I should expect/prepare for in the case na makapasa po ako? Hoping for a bit of help, thanks so much in advanced to those who will reply.
