Hoping this is alright to share here, mods feel free to remove me if I’m out of line.

I’m a software engineer and huge women’s sports fan, and I built https://dubsports.io because I got annoyed checking a bunch of different places to keep up with the leagues I follow and having a subpar experience. A few people who use it for other sports asked me to add the USL Super League, so it’s in now with everything the other leagues have, and figured I’d share here in case it’s useful for anyone.

What’s in there now for USL SL:

- Full schedule and league table
- Where to watch each match, matched against the services you already have
- Live match view with in-game updates
- Shot maps with xG on the recap tab, filterable by team, with separate on-target panels
- Club rosters and player profiles you can follow to get their schedules
- A calendar feed you can subscribe to in Apple or Google Calendar, so matches for the clubs and players you follow show up automatically in your timezone with event info

It’s free, no signup, no ads, and it works in any browser but it’s optimized for mobile. I’m working on downloadable iOS/Android apps and notifications so you can get alerts when your club plays, and have live events and stuff like that for iOS. If you’re a fan of other women’s sports leagues it’s also got NWSL, WNBA, Unrivaled, PWHL, and WPBL. I add leagues as people ask for them and if I can get the data for it.

Still building it out constantly, so if something’s wrong or missing, let me know and I’m happy to fix it. Or if you have any requests for data that I don’t have, let me know and I’ll try my best to get it. I’m always open to feedback!

A young club with a championship already behind it deserves a record that grows with it:

Which is the ideal league schedule?

NWSL announced they would move to a summer-spring schedule before announcing “lol j/k”.

USL Super League is changing to a spring-fall schedule, with a mini-season this fall before beginning the new schedule in 2027 — done partly to align with NWSL for potential inter-league cups, and announced after they backed of their planned schedule change.

Now MLS has announced a change from spring-fall to summer-spring to “align with the global schedule”, do transfers in the summer off-season, etc, doing the opposite of USLS with a mini-season this spring to ease the transition.

Call me selfish, but I like the spring-fall schedule. There’s not much overlap with American Football, because as one is winding down the other is starting up. But probably more importantly, playing in winter is just infeasible in North America, even with a planned January break. (November post-season Varsity games in Wisconsin can be miserable; ask me how I know.)

I don’t see the men’s side of USL making this switch, especially with the plans for a three-tier interconnected pyramid, and the inertia the existing two leagues already have. This summer has been hot — and it’s only getting worse — but that can be mitigated. You can’t fix cold, at least not on the budgets of D2 and D3 leagues.
