I have received full tuition scholarship for fall26 however it's mentioned I need to maintain 3.0. Is it really difficult? How to maintain it?

What am I doing wrong?? I had applied two times(1/2nd sem) but I was rejected. Now I want to get that undergrad Research opportunity in my 3rd(Fall semester) I am so sad and disappointed that I am not getting in.
Can you guys throw some tips and tricks and ways to be be more effective?

i emailed my prof for a rec letter because I've had her for 2 years and always went to her office hours but she hasn't responded within 2 weeks. What should I do? Is there any other way to get her to respond, because i really need this rec letter asap.

I want to take the next acct 3311 entrance exam what are great resources to make sure I pass it?

I think the worst thing about UTA is that we’re not allowed to retake classes we made a C on and/or classes that are 3000/4000. I was going through a lot my second semester here and ended up with a C in all five of my classes that semester. That completely ruined my GPA and being new to UTA, I had no idea that retakes weren’t allowed. Two of them I could’ve retaken had I not gotten a C in them, but now I’m stuck with them forever. It’s a year later now and my GPA has yet to recover although my grades are much better now. I’m just praying I graduate above a 3.0 at this point.

im taking this INSY summer class and these labs are supperrr time consuming. as a person who works two full time jobs I just can’t keep up with it 😭 I’ll pay someone to please do these labs for me. there’s only 4 more left

I am a computer engineering major at ut arlington my gpa is 2.5. It was because of math classes i did good in the cse classes(i got b in discrete and a in 1106 and c in cse 1320) I used ap credit for 1310. should i transfer to utd, but will i get in utd for computer engineering? i want to go for gpa reset

So Im retaking a class this summer but its a 3000 level class. Would I still be eligible for grade forgiveness?

I regret moving here. This place is messy and always smells. The people here don’t know how to live on their own and leave trash everywhere. People don’t know how to clean up after themselves. The parking garage had people’s bags of food/trash all over the floor. Since they rebranded to Buffalo, they do construction and make it inconvenient for residents. They shut down the parking garages for about two weeks and left residents having to find parking elsewhere. Some people got towed and had to find their way to Fort Worth. All they did was repaint the lines in the garage. The amenities that they offer never work. Everything is constantly broken. The printer in the lobby has never worked once since I’ve been here. The management here in general is bad. My AC was broken and it took them multiple weeks to fix it. On top of that, there’s roaches. It was an issue in building 2, but they didn’t contain it so it spread to building 1. They never pick up the phone or respond to emails. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Save yourself the headache and find somewhere else.

Edit: They said construction would be coming in May 11 through May 15 for inspections and repairs, but came in on May 19. I thought everything had already been done, but got surprise visitors this morning. It would’ve been nice for management to let me know and not have people knocking at my door in the morning.

I have been a TA for 2 semesters, I have seen multiple students write sorry I didn’t have time to study, sorry I was sick so I couldn’t study or death in the family. While I empathize with them, given it’s true, it’s really not the place to write those things. But even if it’s true, we can’t do anything. One particular student drew something inappropriate on the answer script. Why do people do this ? I genuinely want to know because I don’t understand this.

does anyone have tips on how to study for physics I, chem II, genetics, microbio, and calc I? i struggle a lot with studying because i just feel like im doing nothing, and i want to try new suggestions.

Hello, I was wondering if anyone else has dealt/is dealing with the summer aid package not being updated yet? My classes start on June 1st and I have yet to receive any sort of notification regarding aid such as loans or grants for the two classes I am enrolled in. I do have a past due balance under 1k from Spring 2026 that may be the cause but just wanted to see if anybody is going through the same.
