Stellar swirl and vv buffed. How does this affect him

So yeah stellar swirl video demo is out. On the vid it was sucrose and a cryo slime. It took 4 seconds if i am not mistaken to proc the final built up stellar swirl reaction. Also VV artifact now shreds anemo as long as stellar swirl happened as per current leaks says.

My initial thoughts and questions in mind is that will stellar x hex be stronger or as equal as pyro anemo hex venti. Ofcourse talking about main dps btw

what buffs will he receive in 7.0

i came back to genshin the time he received his hex buff. the current patch and earlier patches felt really dry. with stellar swirl on the way there was a post where he'll get something. has anybody seen it? can't seem to find it.
