Toyota gets stuck & Big brother pulls it out, then ripping time at the Beach 🏖️

Like the title says since installing the new tires and rims it now noticeably is slower and almost cannot back up. Initially there was some rubbing on the rims but that has been solved and still it's slow.

I was wondering what I could do to fix this? A new motor? Gear ratios? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.
