I'm building a scalable video editing agency. I'm looking for someone who enjoys sales, client management, and operations. Initially there will be no fixed salary—we'll work on a transparent revenue/profit-sharing model based on results. Looking for a video editor for musician/artist reels

Hey, I’m looking for a video editor who has experience editing short-form content for musicians, singers, or performing artists.
The work will mainly include:
● Live performance reels
● Cinematic and high-energy music edits
● Artist branding content for Instagram
● Crowd and stage footage
● Promotional edits for shows and bookings
I’m currently working with an Indian singer and we have plenty of high-quality raw performance footage. We’re looking for someone who understands music, knows how to find the strongest moments in raw footage, and can build engaging reels that make the artist and the live show look powerful.
This can potentially turn into ongoing work for the right editor.
Please DM or comment with:
1. Your portfolio or previous music-related edits
2. Your rate per reel
3. Your turnaround time
Important: Please only reach out if you can show relevant music, concert, artist, or performance edits. Generic editing portfolios may not be a good fit.

[Hiring] Podcast editor (trailer-focused) — remote, full-time, ₹50–75k/month

Hey guys, I run a small podcasting agency (Studio52). Bit of background — I've been doing this full-time for about 6 years, solo freelance work to start, then bringing on contractors (on and off) as the work grew. Over that time I've worked with some genuinely big names — billion-dollar companies and well-known founders. Now I'm finally building a proper in-house team.

This isn't a generic editing gig cutting influencers, online gurus or small one-off jobs. I'm building a proper media house for tech — the team behind the content for tech companies, startups and founders, people who actually get the stuff being talked about. I've already got good connections across SF, the EU and the Middle East, and now I'm building the team to turn that into something big. The next 12 months are going to be busy and exciting — scaling up, bringing in more people every few months — and as we grow, you grow with it: more senior roles, more involvement, more ownership.

The work itself is a lot more interesting than your average editing gig — these are real conversations with people who actually know their field. Deep tech stuff: quantum computing, AI, blockchain. Founders, scientists, serious companies. Substantial, professional work, the kind that's actually worth putting your name on.

The main thing I'm after is someone (from India) who's properly good at trailers and hooks. If you can take a long episode and cut a trailer that makes someone stop scrolling, that's the skill that matters most to me. It's not just trailers though — full episodes (multi-cam), clips, the whole range, across a few different shows. I want someone who takes ownership and runs with things, not someone who needs every step spelled out.

Mainly looking for: a solid trailer reel, comfortable in Premiere + AE, uses AI tools in their workflow, and is into the kind of topics we cover — or at least willing to research enough to actually get them, not edit blind.

Full-time, remote for now (likely moving in-house in Bangalore or Kochi down the line).

Compensation: ₹50–75k/month depending on how you do in the rounds.

If you want in, apply here

Not taking DMs on this — questions go in the comments.

[Hiring] Video Editing for educational/documentary content covering Military tech & battles. Full-Time hire preferred.

Hello everyone, I'm starting an educational/documentary media covering military technology and battles. Most of the video(like 95%) will rely on matching assets with the script/Voice Over, but fast-paced—averaging between 3-11 seconds per clip. The YouTube channel linked below is a perfect example of the visual vibe(fast cut, color grading, typograph, BGM, VO etc etc) I'm going for: ( https://youtu.be/EC1145PvEQA?si=Cktcc0b2muhu0Rwe ).

No AI, very little to no motion graphics, some kinetic typography etc etc. The main thing is matching the assets with the script/voiceover & sometimes you would need to do a little color grading to make the assets vibrant/beautiful, as most of the assests r the clips from the public domain & you do know how industrial or bad looking those clips are.

So basically, your main tasks will be matching clips with voiceover, color grading, and dropping in kinetic typography. I’ll hand you the clip & image resources, the voiceover, the BGM, and the general direction. You just need to pick the best assets for each specific part of the script. Feel free to use AI tools to select clips or images, handle the keyframing, or speed up whatever else you need in your workflow. There will also be some memes & comic reliefs too, so if you have a funny bone, it would be great.

The long-form videos will be around 20 minutes, and everything needs to be delivered in 4K at 24fps. From that, I'll also need you to pull about 12-15 Shorts.

For the Shorts, mostly you just drop the 16:9 clip in the middle, add a Gaussian blur background top and bottom, and put captions right in the center. This video shows the exact type of short i want: ( https://youtu.be/lfUX3THrekY?si=FNoUXGltfxbiodti )

I would prefer a full-time editor or at least someone who puts me as a priority & pay would be 20k inr per month, could increase the budget somewhat if your portfolio is great. I’m planning to drop 2-3 of these every 10 days. Let me know if you’d be interested in this! If yes, please send over your portfolio(dont jst reply with hi & wait for my reply, i would prefer you send me the portfolio in my DM &/or your questions/thoughts regarding this), and we can hop on a quick call to talk details. Also i would love to see your work in long-format with something similar to my type of videos in the portfolio, tht would be my priority but i understand if you jst send your best work too.

Best regards.
