Art by me A10 art. No spoilers please not up to date!
I watch a lot of different shows and some have large fandoms like Hazbin Hotel and a lot of them are adult animation and so often I see posts about how there is too much swearing and in a lot of cases it is true, even I fell victim to this in my own writing when I grew older and aged my characters but Vox Machina gets the formulae right! Seriously whoever is leading or has the say in this in both this and mighty nein is doing it right the swearing makes sense and also sticks to who the characters are like Percy vs Pike for example Pike drunk is gonna be a toilet mouth especially if she’s pissed off and Percy is royal yet even in his frustrations with science will let out a swear or too.
Anyway thats my piece of mind I wanted to share xD
the last season they spoiled us with the famous Later talk and bath scene.
She would go along so well with the Avatar(s)

Okay, so my friends and I cannot come to an agreement on what color his eyes are. One says Brown, another blue, and another purple. The wiki says blue-green, that description is not what we're talking about. What color is on screen??
Kind of a blue and black or white and gold situation going on
so much for Cerkonos no wonder he couldn’t see Pike.
Sam never hides from an angry Laura Bailey.
I'm torn between Percival and Vax not only because they're both handsome and muscular, but also funny and intelligent.
So started watching season 4, went back to end of season 1 to find out about the orb again. The skeleton thing looks like the god of death (who the vampire's magic wife brought about), then at the end of season 4 episode 3 I remembered Vax's power clothes were from the Matron of death, if I remember right? If the new evil guys in season 4 come back from the dead then they are with the skeleton dude in the orb who is then the previous god of death who the Matron replaced?
But then why is the Matron concerned I think she controls destiny also with the threads?
Isn't power over death the ultimate trump card, beating control of fire, water, other magic control etc?
Basically what I'm asking is what's people's opinion on the up-coming bards lament -- how do you think it will play out and if Scanlan will return to the group for the last 4 episodes past bards lament.
For me, I truly hope that Scanlan will be present for the last 4 episodes. It'd feel super redundant have Bards Lament happen, we do the whole monologue (or at least as much as the monologue as they'll put in, considering that Sam has stated that this new version fits in the perimeters of what they've set up), have Scanlan essentially tell Vox Machina to F-off (or again, some version of that) and then leave AGAIN.
Plus with what they're setting up with Pike's corruption arc/crash-out/break-down, Scanlan's involvement is necessary considering that Pike is most likely turning against *everyone* because Scanlan is partly responsible for Pike's arrested development, having been the one to give her such a backhanded comment about "Real Family" that snowballed into her believing that *NO ONE* in Vox Machina needed her in their lives.
(And also if you scrolled down the episodes on Amazon Prime, You can clearly see an image of Pike wielding a glowing Mythcarver in Thar Amphala and I need to know how on earth Pike got mythcarver in the first place if Scanlan isn't supposedly following them to Thar Amphala)
I may not know what specifically happens, I didn’t finish the podcast. But I do know they’re doomed?
I know they mentioned after season 4 for greenlit that they were doing some form of the Bard’s Lament. I have a hard time seeing how with how Scanlan’s arc altered a little. And after Sam had stated if Pike was around, that moment might not ever have happened. With Pike being around in the show, it changed the dynamic. Beginning of season 4 shows Pikey really struggling. I’m thinking she might be the one to break this time around. I think of so, it could hit just as great as the Bard’s Lament did. Thoughts?
What's your favorite moment from the new season so far?
I haven’t watched the campaign (to avoid spoilers) but I watched the new season and it seem that the cult is full of necromancers and immortal/undead people. I know his soul went the matron on ravens but if they try to defeat the matron would they retrieve all of her souls?
I wonder if they coordinated this ad-targeting for when Percy is on screen.
Happy new season launch!
The Legend of Vox Machina Season 4 premiers on June 3rd on Prime Video. Watch here!
In this thread you can discuss all about the newly released episodes. Please do not comment any spoilers for Critical Role's Campaign 1 beyond the events depicted by The Legend of Vox Machina.
Hello Critters! I’m not sure if this is allowed (feel free to delete if it’s not), but this fan of the Vox Machina series (@chelsbartel) is looking for people’s favorite quotes from the party. She styles outfits inspired by each adventurer, then usually do a meme/lip sync associated with quotes from them. Any help would surely be appreciated. Thank you for your time!
