VW Polo 2022

I own a 2013 Polo TDI Highline 1.2L

The limp mode light flashes sometimes and once I restart the car it goes away, but today after starting the car, the check engine sign appeared as well.

Need a Reliable Independent Mechanic good with Germans, in/close to HSR Layout. Please drop your best suggestions with experience.

(Had a bad experience in HSR earlier, that guy charged for every scan 1800 and eventually billed me 5.5k for nothing)

Which fuse that is for cigarette light i want to remove it completely my car is draining battery but is new even alternater but battery cant last even a day
