Mine is Prestige winterblessed cus i love the splash art. But lmk ur favourit skin for ww
Building full AP items on WW seems kind of bad, but passive and Q have pretty solid AP scalings 100% on Q and 10% on passive. Is there any math, or does anyone know how to do the math on when Dark Seal becomes worth it? The item is gold efficient on its own, but WW doesn't make the same use out of AP as say a karthus.
AD is obviously better than AP, (boosts auto damage, Q damage because Q procs on attack, and R damage because on attack procs like 3x plus 167% ratio). But a 10 stack dseal is definitely better than a longsword. Where is the cutoff?
What do we think about the Terminus changes? Ww deals a lot of hybrid damage, could it be a new item for him?
Im going bork and streaks, and then I just make it up.
Deaths dance against heavy AD?
Has anyone tried dusk and Dawn?
Split push bastion breaker hull reader tank builds?
What's back on the menu?
I'm not a Warwick expert and I'm a toplane main. I recently faced a Jax who wasn't very good, didn't kite at all. I tried my best with my tools and I was permalosing against standing still Jax who could just Q to me if I tried to space him.
His E completely counters Warwick it seems and he doesn't need it to win an all in. Looking back I should have played my level 1 better, I started Q but I don't know if that was the right move. In addition I should have played the lane more on short trades but I find it hard to do so if he can just Q me and run me down.
We were both on Lethal Tempo, my level 1 was bad because I didn't use my summoners well. While I recognize I didn't play it perfectly of course, as I'm a beginner with Warwick, I can surely recognize he wasn't the best Jax in the bracket
I don’t play Warwick but I find him really easy to play around at all stages in the game.
It might be because of my champ pool because I mainly play graves, Rengar but I don’t get how people win on this champ.
His clear is really slow so that you can easily out tempo him and you just don’t have to fight him 1v1 early if you don’t want to. He is really easy to play around in team fights with Slows and CC.
And when I lane I feel like it’s even easier to not give kills to Warwick as a solo laner because you can literally see the mark on your head. It’s not like other junglers where you can get punished for greeding because they have better gank set up and surprise you.
Counterpoint: He is fun though
Edit: My point is, people are obviously playing him and finding success in high elo, people are reaching masters with him and stuff, but what do they do and how do they play differently that allows them to climb using Warwick?
Honestly I can forgive everything else but the clear on Warwick is Abysmal.
Having more backloaded DPS than Darius thanks to Sunfire Aegis (and Abyssal Mask); those were the days...
WE LOST THIS GAME BTW FUCK
Why is Bork still so popular over Kraken? I think especially with the introduction of gluttonous greaves, kraken is just better than Bork unless you’re specifically into hp stackers like swain/sion/mundo etc. You’re getting around 2000 gold of stats from 40 AD and 25% AS. Compare that with Kraken 45 AD, and 40% AS for ~2600 gold of stats and a cheaper powerspike. I realize that the value in Bork is the on hit effect, but is it really much better than kraken to be worth a worse build path, worse stats, and a semi wasted lifesteal stat (imo gluttonous greaves provides the healing you need).
Anyone have any math on the Bork passive or any other reasoning for why it’s so popular?
Fairly new to the game, playing Warwick almost exclusively in ranked. Looking for anyone’s advice or thoughts on different builds
Currently building the folllowing items in most games
BORK
Mercs / AS Boots / Swifties
Deaths dance
Maw of Malmortius
Then any 2 of Jak’sho / Spirit Visage / Randuins
In a couple of games where the enemy is AD heavy I’ll run Thornmail and Zeke’s instead of Maw and one of the last items
Tried stridebreaker and hated it, it didn’t feel effective and also it was just an extra button to press which being new to keyboard and mouse gaming wasn’t helpful
Dabbled in kraken slayer but not enough to have an opinion on it
Runes I run the standard Lethal Tempo tree and then secondary I run the red tree Sudden Impact & Ultimate Hunter which is a build I saw in a Hybradge video, I love ultimate Hunter
I've never watched WW top players before, so I don't know anything about it.
I'm usually going bork/hullbreaker/kraken/stattik//terminus for damage, with DD and Steraks for tank items. But can you go for hard tank items like this? Against this comp I was standing still and waiting on shit a lot. Was planning on Steraks but had eclipse money instead.
Any and all criticism welcome, I'm still in that phase of building random shit to gauge the power of different stats and items
Started the climb all the way from Iron 2 with Warwick, and we finally made it to Diamond!
Currently sitting at around a 55% win rate in Diamond under 300 games. Mostly playing Top/Jungle, with the occasional Mid game when I feel like causing some chaos, and the matchup is too bad top.
The journey has been wild — Iron → Diamond, one blood trail at a time. Also just hit 1mil mastery points.
Warwick mains, we’re built different. 🐺
What rank did you guys start and finish this season?
AWOOOOOOOOOO.
Hello! I’m Suiran Gau, a streamer who plays League of Legends on the Japanese server
—mainly as a jungler and WW—while also streaming!
Check out this link for my past match history and rank progression!

My playstyle involves using W’s passive to track enemies while
roaming my own and the enemy’s jungle, looking for lanes where I can gank.
Unlike the standard Warwick build, I prioritize team fights heavily,
and during objective fights, I aim to hold the front line while picking off the enemy carry.
That’s why, after 1,000 games, my build ended up looking like this. (I’ll only list the core items, excluding boots.)
Kraken Slayer
→ Protoplasm Harness
→ Zeke’s Convergence
→ Zhonya’s Hourglass
→ Jak’Sho, the Protean
I like this build because it’s cost-effective and makes it easy to get stats.
However, it’s not well-received by viewers or players I’ve matched with who prefer more conventional builds.
It’s true that when I look at builds used by players who main WW, I don’t see anyone using a build like mine,
but after playing 1,000 games, I’ve consistently achieved a 58% win rate.
What do you WW mains think of this build?
If you're interested, I'd love to discuss builds and playstyles with everyone.
Also, if there are any players who mainly use super-common builds like Stridebreaker + Blade of the Ruined King,
or AD + Health builds like Titanic Hydra + Sterak’s Gage,
please let me know the pros and cons of those builds!
Finally, if you’d like, please check out my regular gameplay to see how I play.
