it gets hot and idk if it’s gonna do anything to it

i have to take a drug test before the end of the month, and my friends lit up a joint. they offered me a hit, but i don’t regularly smoke weed and i just kept the smoke in my mouth and exhaled (ik…im wasting the weed idc) i completely forgot the drug test, and i’m scared its gonna pop up on my drug test. will i be okay???

I had a 5 mg sativa rosin gummy and that shit fucked me up. This has never happened to me with any other weed/thc/or cbd, but about 2 hours after I took it, I woke up and started getting a migraine and vertigo. I couldn’t stop sleeping or just laying there and eventually I got nauseous and threw up twice. Today I feel so out of it and have no will to eat.

Anyone else ever experience this? Also anything help?
