What’s the highest number of dreams you’ve had in one night, or how many do you usually have on a regular night?

I usually have 2–5 dreams per night or nap, so I’m a pretty active dreamer. It’s always been that way for me and it can be really fun. It’s one of the reasons why I started doing dream work and learning how to decode dreams. Tell me what you think also are they related or completely different when you have multiple?

AI usage for emotional support

I've seen so many people use AI for therapy and emotional support. It seems confusing how artificial intelligence is becoming capable of comforting a human being rather than an experienced therapist. What's the psychology behind this?
