What are the best bars for Sunday Funday?

It’s been A LONG TIME since I went out in west Chester. We just moved back here and a group of about 10 of my girlfriends are getting dinner (to be determined where) and then would like to have a night out. I know it’s summer so it won’t be slammed with college students but where are the popular bars these days? We want music and a fun atmosphere. The town is so different compared to 2013.

Any recommendations for car safety inspection in the area? My car passed the emissions test but failed the safety test. I took it to Welsh. They want to charge an arm and a leg to replace one control arm and strut assembly. Although the car drives just fine.
Would appreciate any recommendations and even contact to local mechanics.

My girlfriend is currently looking for apartments in the area (with a budget of around $2,000.) She went to Jefferson today and really, really liked it, and it is currently at the top of her list of all the ones she's looked at so far over the last couple days (about 8 total around WC and Exton/Malvern).

I did some deeper research for her and found a lot of very bad reviews. I'm aware that a lot of the time people ONLY leave a rating/review if they've had a negative experience, but the amount and nature has made me very wary which has made her very disappointed.

Is there anyone living there currently/within the last year or so who can speak to how things are right now?

I had never heard of them but they own several bars around town. Is this a rollup? Website says they own Jitters, Square bar, and the brickette lounge which are institutions. Also own Slow hand and Jolene's which are not.

Is this an investor rolling these properties up? Are there other investors consolidating the local bar and restaurant scene?

Hello!! Me (18M) Moved to Westchester from NJ and staying here temporarily for the summer. Have nothing to do and don't know anybody here. Would like to hang around and meet new people.

I love emo music (screamo, math rock, second wave, all that stuff) and jazz. By extension, I love attending small live music shows (used to go to a lot of hardcore shows in NJ). That is how I made all of my friends back in my hometown. If you know any basement venues in the area please let me know.

Other than that I love video games (Undertale, Deltarune, Persona, Celeste, Silent Hill). If you know any hangout spots lmk :D :3

After yet another price hike from T-Mobile, I’m shopping carriers. My monthly price will be going up about $50 while losing perks. For my situation, I’ve narrowed it down to visible (a Verizon prepaid) or the new Verizon simplicity plan. Anybody have any experience with either of the companies or the networks?

I’m moving to a different apartment in West Chester soon and looking for a moving company. Has anyone used one they’d recommend? Fair pricing and reliable service are my biggest priorities. Thanks!

Over the last 6 months, I’ve noticed a rapid increase in the number of skin tags on the back of my neck.
Can anyone recommend a really good dermatologist around Malvern? I’m looking for someone who is thorough, takes concerns seriously, and can evaluate whether there’s an underlying cause as well as discuss removal options.

Hi everyone!

I was wondering if anyone has used the HS track at the high school and if it was a problem . I usually run around in the town of WC but I’d like to have more of a flat area. I know that track meets would get in the way so I know to not go during school hours.

Just moved to the Downingtown area and looking for some consistent pick up basketball. I just joined the Y, it sounds like the downtown West Chester is the only one that has anything consistent. What else is out there?
