Do not purchase from this brand! that includes pottery barn and Williams and Sonoma. I purchased 6 dining chairs. Everyone one was defective. Customer Service promised to call me back on two different occasions and never did. I had to send pictures 3 different times! after a total of about 3 hours on the phone I finally spoke to a supervisor who said “we can replace them but they’ll probably be the same issues”. We’ll refund your money after we get the chairs back and you’ll lose the $300 reward you got for using our credit card. They are terrible and sell junk! I‘d avoid doing business with them at all costs!
