Are these Ariat boots real?

As the title states, I’m curious if these Ariat western boots are real, or a counterfeit. The branding seems appropriate to me, however I’m not sure as I don’t often sell western wear. I scooped them in a duffel bag full of clothes from a storage auction, and I’d be curious if they are real, what an approximate price I could ask for them would be?
