Friend of mine sent me this gif 2 years ago, I've tried to find its source without success ever since & randomly remembered it again today

I remember the ending and parts of the plot so there might be spoilers.

I've watched this anime over 10 years ago so my memory is hazy. Anime about gambling or collecting huge amounts of money. Every one who was gambling had a person who was like their weapon? or they did challenges for them.

SPOILER.

One thing I remember for sure was at the end. Instead of dying the female weapon the MC had became his daughter or wife after fixing the mess this entire event did.

I bought this OST at a con because I liked the artwork. What is it from?

I looked inside and out and can’t find any English aside from what’s on the cover, so I know it’s from some show. I could only find copyright dates from 2005. Dying to know what it is!
