Hit and Run

A car hit my sister’s vehicle this morning and drove off. The only thing left behind at the scene was this side mirror cover.
I’m hoping someone might be able to identify at least the make or brand of vehicle it came from. I also included a Ring camera screenshot of what may be the vehicle involved, but I’m not 100% sure since the image quality isn’t great.
Any help identifying the vehicle would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

1991 Mazdaspeed eunos roadster j-limited????

My father has a Mazda in his garage that I wanna buy from him but I wanna know what exactly it is, the reg and engine plate tell me it's a 1991 Mazda euonos roadster j-limited with the HZ paint colour on the plate, but it also has mazdaspeed badges around on it??? I don't currently have any pictures but will get some next time I'm over at his I just didn't think or I guess know that mazdaspeed made any tuned of the j-limited cars or if they've just been rebadged maybe?
