Help finding 90s horror movie

I watched a movie once on TV. It would have been made before 2000. The only part I can remember clearly is the main character is a young boy. I think it was something like strange things started happening in his neighborhood. He is out at night and invited into a really nice house for a dinner. The room is very bright and there's a long table. I think they were eating either brains or raw meat. I dont know if they were vampires or what but certainly some sort of super natural thing. Sorry I dont have more but the scene of him sitting at the dinner table has stuck with me for years.

[TOMT] 90s? movie: guy enters a gross underworld

Solved right away! Thank you!!

This has been driving me crazy for many years now, and because of my vague memories of it no one I've asked has any idea what it was. I remember watching part of this movie on cable tv back in the late 90s. The memories are very hazy and I was probably too young to be watching it to begin with, but I know there was a way to enter an underworld, and the location of the entrance I'm 99% sure was in a cemetery. It's possible it was referred to as hell or an entrance to hell. The entrance was either just a hole in the ground OR it was a doorway, I could be mixing up two movies. I don't remember any kids being in it. The thing that stands out the most is the main character entering the underworld and walking through it, possibly to save someone. It was like a cave system, the walls of which were reddish and gory looking if I remember right. There were creatures existing in this place, and I think one of them was chained up? Some of not all of the creatures were humanoid and the mc interacted with them as he went along. That's basically all I can remember. I hope to finally find an answer!

Help me find this movie on Boomerang from my childhood memories.

I watched this movie long time ago on boomerang in like 2010-2012 I can’t remember specifically, but it was 2 little girls, I don’t know if they were twins but they both had this elephant toy it was very small like a figurine not a toy really, and early in the movie there was an earthquake and one of the girls was hiding under the bed and she was staring at the elephant toy. That’s all I remember.
The theme was like very Bollywood/Arabian nights.
Live action movie not a cartoon.

Traumatized me as a child, want to see it now as an adult.

The film starts with a man lying in a casket about to be cremated I guess with a narrator reciting some monologue or something.

And seen after that, a man is riding in a car, and he calls out to a woman asking what her name was. The woman doesn't respond, so he refers to her under his breath as a b!tch.

A teenage character named "Coco?" Was being picked up from school And later in the night, there were two men in the front seat talking, and one of the guys slapped the teenager.

The teenager then gets out of the car to go for it with someone, only for her to end up hiding from a killer, and as she tries to run away she's crying as she knows she's going to get shot, and the guy kills her.

There's a layer scene where a mother who's addicted to drugs get slapped in the face, and then that same mother overdoses and one of the ending scenes and her children come to see what was wrong, only for a little boy to be crouched over her yelling "mommy? Mommy!" That's the part that fcked me up...

I'm fully prepared for no one to be able to help me, but I want to know what this movie was. I thought I found it at first, but I never remember the name.

Old baseball movie with some sort of magic cream?

I apologize in advance because I remember so very little about this, but I've always wondered about it. It was an old baseball movie, I think black and white era. I feel like there was some sort of cream or something that character(s) used to improve their baseball skills. I also remember there was a scene on a train.

Find the film…

I’m trying to find a film… I’m sure the main guy wears a Fiona Apple tshirt and is mocked by the girl he’s falling in love with… and he explains it’s “laundry day” or similar. I remember being really pissed off about it!

I’m sure it’s from around the year 2000. But I cannot put my finger on the name and can’t find it in any searches online… am I going mad? Does anyone else remember this?

Does anyone know the name of this movie (Sci-Fi I think)?

I saw this film sometime between 2004 to 2012 but I am not sure when it was made. I only remember one plot point from the film. The film is set in the future. I can't remember if it's on Earth or if it's a future where humans live on other planets. There was a man, I think he was a black man but I cannot be certain. He asked his government for a visa to travel to another country or another planet. The government denied him the Visa but did not tell him why. He then found a way to travel illegally to the place that he wanted to go to. But when he got there he died almost immediately. Turns out because of his blood chemistry or something like that, the place he was trying to go to was extremely dangerous and a health risk for him. That is why the government denied him travel in the first place.

If anyone knows what film that says please tell me the title. I would like to watch it again.

Apocalyptic Movie Where Protaganist Had an Exploding Car

Movie from the 80s I watched alone on TV as a kid. It had Mad Max vibes. The main character would crash his car into his enemies and cause an explosion. Scene later he is fine and so is his car. There was a scene where there was like an orgy or something. Everyone wore black leather in the movie. At the end of the movie, the main character gifts his car to someone with a snarky comment like 'instructions are in the glovebox'. Gemini seems to think I was watching cannonball run but that can't be right.

Does anybody remember a horror movie from the circa 70s with a massive giant chicken in a barn?

I remember it vaguely, watching it on late night tv in the 90s, but it was probably from the 70/80s. From what a recall, it was a dark and serious movie too, that took place on a farm.

One scene featured a giant chicken (like bigger than an elephant) that was locked in a barn.

Another scene had a woman horrified that a couple big worm creatures (like the girth of a banana, so much smaller in scale than the chicken) that were crawling on her hand. A proceeding scene had the woman’s hand in bandages, with the dead and bloodied worms in the kitchen sink.

You either totally know what I’m talking about or are completely perplexed.

Thanks in advance.

Trying to identify a 90s crime/drama movie with an accidental gunshot scene

I’m trying to identify an American movie from the 1990s that I watched years ago. The main thing I remember is a very specific scene where two guys talk about where to carry a handgun in the waistband, like in the front or the back of the pants, and later one of them accidentally shoots himself in the penis/genital area because of how he was carrying the gun. The scene was serious and dramatic, not played for laughs. That’s the strongest memory I have of the movie. Does anyone know what this could be?

(Likely) horror movie where young couple buy or rent dilapidated apartment

I saw this movie several years ago and my search has come up empty. I don't remember a lot of details about the progression of the plot, but the movie revolves around a young couple who buy or rent their first place together (possibly an apartment in NYC?) The unit is quite dilapidated and has plumbing and electrical issues...IIRC, they don't have a fridge and there are electrical sparks. I believe that rats or some other kind of infestation happens.

That's all I've got, other than the guy in the couple keeps trying to find silver lining in the situation. I think it's a horror but could be thriller. Kind of had an indie feel, I think. Sorry to not have more details, but hope this jogs someone's memory!

2 eighties movies

these are both early to mid eighties. I cannot recall any actors names.

one starts with a woman in a bathtub and someone throws in a toaster or radio causing her death by electric shock.

below is solved: Rolling Thunder sounds correct.

the other movie has a woman tied in a chair being hit in the head with a meat tenderizer and also a man with his hand forced into a running garbage disposal.

I believe horror movie???

My wife and I were talking about a movie that we saw that she can’t remember seeing based off my description
I believe it’s a horror/thriller movie
I remember a guy and a girl ( I believe married or in a relationship) that are driving their truck and getting into an argument to where either the guy speeds upper the girl jerks the wheel to crash. She gets severely injured and he does but she becomes somewhat of a celebrity and has flashbacks of the accident.

Can anyone help based off this description?

Classic Black and White Movie Name

I’m looking for this black and white movie about a guy and girl - one is from the city and the other from the country and they each show the wonders of each world.

One specific scene I remember is them being in the grass/wheat and seeing the city lights with a carnival going in the sky. It was very surreal and beautiful but I can’t remember the film.

I also watched a classic film documentary on hbo that had the film in it. Any thoughts?

Late 70s / early 80s short about God taking a vacation (Not Bruce Almighty)

I remember watching a short film on cable in the early 1980s about God taking a vacation and giving his power to a human to watch things while he was gone.

God is in heaven, he points his finger at the Earth to give his power to a priest standing at a crosswalk. The priest moves though and the power of God is given to an old man, who may have been homeless.

He is transformed into a young man who fights evil and falls in love with a young woman. At the end he is going to go after the woman but God takes the power back and the hero falls down and turns into an old man again.

God then takes pity on the old man, the old man is covered in ribbons and then emerges as a young man who roller skates away.

Probably made in the 1970s, I remember watching this circa 1983 on HBO or Nickelodeon. Probably HBO.

Any ideas?

[TOMT] Im searching for a movie title!!

Hello people!
Im new to reddit and i joined because i knew at least someone would know the answer to my questions.
When i was a kid around 2016 to maybe 2018 i watched this movie about a beautiful lady that would i think bring some curse? Or no luck at all in her village. Everyone would hate her, when she was a kid she was being bullied and the little bully was about to jump on her, she then moved away and the little bully killed himself by hitting the brick wall on the head. I only know some parts of the movie.. she poisoned some brownie too and gave it to a grandma and i think at the end of the movie she fell in love with a guy and her no luck curse just killed the guy.. he fell into a corn cylinders( farm thingy ) and got eaten by rats. At the end of the movie she move away in a train and the village is burning..
i remember i think the poster being her in a black dress and maybe a train behind her?

Twins? Murder island?

Help! I watched a movie a while ago, it had a girl impersonating her murdered twin who was some sort of reporter/influencer i think? And she was invited to an island by some creepy dude who set up basically a murder mystery thing and made everyone scurry around and hide or they'd be killed. I have a super distinct memory of her being outside on a landing, and things going suddenly dark like the electricity had been turned off, then a gun shot.

FOUND it was Glass onion- a knives out mystery

A space movie with murder

Obviously spoiler, but for what movie?? What I remember is two man are in space on a long mission. They have these beds where they can link their minds (?) Or somehow visit earth and their family, through this pod, without ever leaving space. Man #1 i believe has his house broken into or is kidnapped, and his family and his earth body are murdered, and he is now stuck in space with no family and no outlets. He starts using the body/ bed of man #2 so he can have some sort of outlet. Eventually I think he ends up getting too close to man #2 wife, and abuses his access to the other man's pod. He ends up murdering the family of man #2.

What movie is this?? I watched it in the last few years on a streaming service, but I cant remember any actors, character names, or where I watched the movie. It randomly spawned in my memory at work and I cant stop thinking of it

Boy Meets Girl Montage/Collage Movie

There is an online movie that I saw a few years ago that was a classic story of a man, leaving his house, going to a nightclub, seeing a beautiful girl singing and them falling in love. But it was made entirely out of clips from other movies. Hundreds of other movies had been spliced together to tell this classic story. I can't remember what the film was called, (I thought it was called 'Boy Meets Girl', but can't find that anywhere). Does anyone know what I'm referring to or have a link to it please?

Thank you all in advance for your help!

Edit: Found! Thank you. This is the link.
