700$ order came in packaged terribly. Don't know what to do.

I spent over $700 on an order and it came in 3 separate boxes. Mostly gaming magazines.

The First box I got was nearly torn open and EXTREMELY heavy for such a small box.

The second box was fine on the outside but inside was just a wad of paper and the magazines stacked on top.

The third box is smushed on the top.

I don't know what to do because if I asked whatnot for a refund I'm not sure if they'll give it to me on such a big and expensive order. I am extremely pissed off.

Another thing, the ripped package has a label that says 4lbs, but it weighs over 18lbs. I don't know if this will help my case or not.

Do people understand breaks?

EVERY time I do a break on whatnot, I get at least 1-2 messages from people saying "I didn't get cards for all the spots I bought." and I have to explain there were no cards for that spot in the packs we ripped.

Some even think I should send them a base card of that spot anyway - like I have infinite complete sets of base cards sitting around.

is this normal?

A preview from tonight’s Story family ephemera show: a 1904 Rayne Planters’ Oil & Development Company stock certificate issued to Miss Grace Story for 50 shares. I love the oil-field illustrations and ornate border on this one.

We’re continuing through papers from the Story family storage-unit find, with ties to New Orleans and St. Bernard Parish. Join Odds & Olds tonight, Saturday, October 3 at 8 p.m. Central on Whatnot.
