Was thrifting and looked at mugs like usual, left to look at other stuff and came back (which I usually dont do!) somehow this guy was sitting front and center the second time 🌝

i went to the most beautiful cafe/apothecary a few days ago i just had to share! a literal whimsigoth dream, and the coffee was amazing. its located right next to a gorgeous river too which made the experience 10x better

I recently acquired these Sun & Moon celestial tables and I’m trying to learn more about them!

Does anyone recognize this set or know:

Who made/manufactured them?
Approximately when they were made?
What they’re made from?
Whether there were more pieces in the collection (especially a console/entry table, other tables, lamps, etc.)?
Any catalogs, advertisements, or original photos of them?

I’ve found a few very similar vintage examples online, but I haven’t been able to definitively identify the maker or the complete collection.

If you recognize these, even if you only have a tiny clue or remember seeing them somewhere, PLEASE comment! I’m hoping we can collectively piece together their history. 🌙☀️⭐✨

I was wondering if anyone can tell a fake vs a real 90s vintage Mary Beth Zeitz print? I saw the print on Shein last year so I'm scared of spending high vintage prices for a fake. Thanks!

Every now and then i see people asking for something else than sun/moon/stars, so i gathered up the courage and thought i would share here my desk area that has maybe more nature theme. I keep adding things and thought in few weeks i would change it up and add more warm colors for fall season.

I live in rental and am not allowed to paint or add more nails to the walls, so for the prints i use blu-tack.

Paper mache sun, moon, brush organizer & mushrooms. Skulls are clay casts of an original sculpture I made in monster clay. Sun/moon were made with paper faces I made but that didn't turn out so well, so they got a second life as celestial objects. Mushrooms were a collab, I taught my mom to paint/make the four mushrooms in the middle. :)

I love this bag so much. I am so proud that I made it. I don’t think I’ll ever use another bag ever again. 🥹✨ and it’s lined!!!!!!

I used an old 20x20cm canvas frame, some leftover window screen mesh, paint, glue, wooden skewers to hold the mesh in place, and some star fabric I've had in my craft bin since my teens were in diapers.

It turned out really well, I think. There is more than a centimeter of space between the mesh screen and the star fabric backing, so plenty of room for the hooks. The only downside is that this holder pretty much exclusively holds hook earrings 🤷‍♀️

Very pretty classic '90s celestial vibes! The fabric is like a heavy duty stretch cotton. I could try making a singlet, or just make a cushion cover. Thoughts?

It’s definitely a work in progress but looking for more inspo and what I’m missing! Unfortunately decorating is expensive so progress is slow haha. I have some wood mushroom like shelves I have to figure out where to add, 2 1foot ish wood live edge sleeves, and I’m planning on adding a lace curtain to go under my red one. :)

Stuffed animals can be moved but they just kinda show up over time lol
