the Jets game that made you believe in this team again

There's always a specific night where the doubts kind of melt away for a bit and you remember why you're invested in the first place. Mine happened at a point where I really wasn't expecting to feel that way. What's yours.

Chevy asleep at the wheel

Look at this roster. Sorry but look around at the moves, not just FA signings, but also trades that are being made, and the conclusion is that we are falling further behind. Don’t give me this nonsense that players won’t come to YWG.

Unless of course our goal is to position ourselves for a run at Landon DuPont.

15 years for Chevy. I think we’re about due for a change yes?

(Personal opinion) I see the Skinner signing as more of a phycological move than a fix in net

Hear me out!
Yes, the Oilers had one of the worst defensive performances we’ve seen from a Cup contender, ever… However, the Jets’ defence, while flawed, is still better than Edmonton’s.

For years, the Jets have relied too heavily on Helly to steal games. He’s a three-time Vezina and heart trophy winner, but by the time the playoffs roll around, his energy wanes, and his performance drops.

So, signing a goalie who isn’t the best in the league and has flaws of his own could be a move to jolt the team into playing better around their goaltender and adopting a more cohesive team approach, rather than a four-man effort carried by a goalie.
