Users scan the barcode, add their balance and expiry date - and have all their gift cards ready next time they're at the store. We're the only app of its kind on the Danish market and just launched.

We're looking for someone to build our website in WordPress. The focus is showcasing the app in a way that converts visitors into downloads - with a clear thread running through the entire page.

A note on design:
We're not looking for something heavy or overly complex. Clean, minimal and conversion-focused is the goal - think simple Scandinavian app landing page rather than a big flashy website.

Me ofrecieron trabajar para una empresa como primera persona interna de sistemas. Actualmente tienen toda la parte de sistemas tercerizada con una agencia/desarrollador que se encarga de la página en WordPress, pero están disconformes con la gestión y quieren incorporar a alguien de su lado.
La idea sería que yo sea el nexo con el desarrollador/agencia que hizo la página originalmente y, además, encargarme del día a día de la plataforma.
Entre las tareas estaría:
Mantenimiento y modificaciones diarias de WordPress.
Gestión de WooCommerce.
Cambios y ajustes en la página.
Resolver o coordinar problemas con el desarrollador externo.
Hacer seguimiento de tareas y necesidades de la empresa.

I need people in the UK timezone who can work evenings, or in the US Eastern (New York) timezone. The work runs roughly 12pm to 10pm UK, not every day but often, and fast response times matter because these are live e-commerce sites.

I'm building a small team to support software I own in a niche space. Think of it as being my sidekicks: keeping my software and customers looked after across timezones so everything stays covered when I'm offline and I'm not getting constantly interrupted. The software is stable and I'll do the deep technical things. I don't want anyone making plugins or anything like that.

Day to day this means handling customer questions (these usually come in via WhatsApp) and small fixes: CSS changes, Elementor edits, applying a hotfix, generally making sure things are running smoothly. You'll have no access to customer data, same as the customers themselves. You're welcome to use Claude or other AI tools to work through problems, in fact I'd expect it.

Urgent requests are usually a server crash, where I'd need you to restart the server and liaise with hosting support. Otherwise it's CSS, occasional light PHP (AI is fine for this), and answering questions.

I'll likely set up a help desk or a limited-access system that gives you everything you need to do the job.
