The highly specific imagery along with the esoteric slang paints such an incredible picture in 2 minutes. So many little details packed into such a short yet cinematic song.

The subject matter is on some grown man ish (in the same vein as camay and queen from masta killa (another dope female focused track)

The adlibs from meth fit in well (“and fck these hoes”🎶)….and the song closes out the album perfectly.

I’m 31 years old. I have heard of Wu-Tang Clan of course- but have never listened to a song. Just smoked a joint with my friend, now sitting in my garage on a rainy day, listening for the first time.

Went downtown to meet some friends for tacos and decided to go early and hit the record store. Only heard this online before and didn’t know this existed so had to grab for the collection.

Fugazi/Wu Tang mashup album and don’t think either group authorized it. The Wu lyrics flow surprisingly well over the Fugazi instrumentals. For those times you’re at work and only want to be a little gangsta while sending your emails. 🤣☠️

If you haven’t ever listened it is worth a play.
