I’m still pretty new to photography and trying to learn with every shoot. I spent some time wandering around Times Square with my camera, and these are a few of my favorite shots.
I’d genuinely appreciate any feedback, criticism, or tips—whether it’s about composition, editing, colors, or anything else. Thanks for taking a look!
Looking to print the photos I take with my x100v for a simple family and travel photo album. 4x6 or 5x7, not enlarged much more. I’d like to print my photos every month or so, so it will add up. Looking for good quality that won’t break the bank! TIA!
I picked up my first x100v from fb marketplace on my way to Yosemite and only had a few hours to familiarize myself with the system and input some recipes. Need to work on exposure and composition.. it’s been a while, but I’m excited to get back into photography. Feedback welcome! #3 isn’t sharp enough and #7 is way too “glowy” for my taste.
This is a follow up to the post I made couple weeks ago about finding an alternative to AlphaGvrd skins, since I’m in Europe and with the shipping fee, AlphaGvrd skins cost me like €60.
I went for HineFilm (a brand you can find on AliExpress) and got a Dark Grey skin (I wanted a similar look to the new Metal Grey finish Leica launched for the Q , M11p and D-Lux 8) without the top plate logo cutouts, for which I had to ask the seller to not cut those logos.
For around 25€ , I got what I think is the same product AlphaGvrd offers (even the packaging is the same) and I guess the same quality.
I’d totally recommend it if you want a change or just to protect the camera from scratches.
…and sadly I have to return it to the friend who let me play with it. The size is perfect and the hybrid viewfinder is magic. Lovely raw files, didn’t dabble too much with the film recipes.
All shot in Paris, 21st of June 2026.
My first attempt at telling a story in four frames. I'd love some feedback on the sequencing and whether the series feels cohesive.
Shot on a Fujifilm X100v. Camera JPGs.
