Does anyone else think too many Fuji recipes are way too yellow?

Like a lot of you I got tired of recipes that look too yellow. I just put out the 11th videos in my series on YouTube where I review recipes, share examples and talk about how to use each one to the best of its ability and this one is all focused on recipes that don't look overly warm or yellow!

For each video I make these recipe cards to mimic film stock boxes and I think you'll all enjoy them! You can find an album of them below. Feel free to share them and save them. I've made over 35 in total and plan on making more in the future.

(re)discovering the joy of the X100

12 years ago, I sold my X100s for a 5D Mark II (sic) and regretted it pretty much ever since.

Yesterday, I bought a used X100V and somehow it’s made me fall in love with taking pictures all over again.

A few shots from Lyon today, just after the rain. Feels good to be back guys.

X100V bottom plate separating off body

The bottom plate of my X100V below the grip is lifting off the body.

I'm not sure how this happened as I dont recall ever dropping or bumping the camera on anything. I never had a battery swell up as well. The nearest screw to that area seems tight too.

Would I need to just replace the bottom plate or maybe add some sort of adhesive? Thanks.

The first six months with the Fujifilm X100Vi

I normally use Canon cameras for my work. I bought this small camera for traveling, and I enjoy working with it because it’s less conspicuous.

Rome 1-2, Naples 3, Amalfi 4-5, Vienna 6, Osaka 7-8, Hiroshima 9, Nara 10, Suwa 11, Shirakawa 12, Tokyo 13-14, Busan 15, Seoul 16-17, Da Nang 18-20

Screen adhesive failing?

Has anyone experienced this with their x100v? The screen is starting to come apart from the housing but it still works just fine. To me it just looks like the adhesive is starting to fail so hopefully nothing mechanically wrong with the camera. Anyone know of an adhesive I can buy to repair it myself?

Weird blur bokeh

My FUJI X100V has been acting weird lately. I don’t know if I’m in my own head about this, but I really don’t think I am. My photos lately if shot around a f2-f2.5 have had this very annoying almost motion blur looking bokeh even when shot at 1/4000. It’s like really driving me crazy and putting me in a uncreative slump lately. Hoping anyone here would have potential advice on what could be going on. I’ll provide some sample photos of the photos lately and then a few photos from when I first got my camera when the pictures looked much sharper. Thanks guys!

After Hours Til Dawn Concert - The Weeknd - Stockholm, Sweden 🇸🇪

Attended The Weeknd’s concert in Stockholm, I initially wanted to bring my M6 but I checked the arena’s rules and they deemed anything to have a detachable lens as a ‘professional camera’ so I opted for the X100V instead, and it turned out to be a great decision indeed 😅 || @BrianShoots35mm
