I just got my first car, and I have an aftermarket andriod andriod auto unit. Right now I have a revanced youtube music app. But the issue is when I play a song through it, it doesnt show up on the units widget.

Only Spotify does, but my Spotify isnt patched and the ads are now getting on my nerves especially the limited skips.

Considering im driving I dont want to keep reaching out to the car to manually reselect songs after skips are done. And the YouTube isnt a great solution because I like skipping forward / back using my steering wheel buttons.

So my question is, does a patched Spotify works just like the native un patched app? Dont want to go through the effort to just find out it broke

So i downloaded the latest stock patched version of spotify in the xmanager app and when i try to sign in with my email and password, not google button not facebook button it just says combination of email and password is incorrect. Does anybody know how to fix this.

I tried to add Spotify account to the app, I followed the instructions it in the Spotify dashboard I didn’t have the option to create an app, What should I do ?
