A STATEMENT CONDEMNING THE WHITE NATIONALIST DEMONSTRATION IN DANBURY, CT

The Yankee National Party condemns all white nationalism, period. We live in a society that is made better by the versatile strengths of many different people from many different backgrounds. Our nation thrives when we all thrive.
The suggestion that New England has ever been or should be a haven solely for white people is abhorrent to us. The disgusting racism on display in the City of Danbury on the night of Oct 4th was a sad, cowardly attempt to scare the neighbors that we in the YNP cherish so dearly. We condemn and denounce this demonstration in the strongest terms.
We affirm that the Flag of New England is a symbol of empathy and compassion for all people who choose this land to be their home in peace and appreciation for one another. Our nation’s future is one that is brighter with all our neighbors in it.
