you guys can build some bots where they can go into nintendos servers and snatch game codes then make the same thing you did with yuzu making the os on the emulator and boom switch 2 if anyone wants to rewrite my ideas or post the same thing you can just give me credit

Any Emulator + TOTK = slowdown after 10 minutes (details inside)

Hello there!

I'm getting pretty decent FPS and performance with either Eden or Citron + TOTK.

60 FPS in the wild, around 45 in Lookout Landing. Very happy...

... but, and here's the problem, this last around 10 minutes. After that, the FPS drops to 25 or even lower, the game feels "floaty" for lack of better words (feels like the game is running in slow-mo). This happens with whatever settings I tried to far.

SPECS

7800X3D - 4070 Ti Super (16GB VRAM) - 32GB RAM - emu/game is on a NVMe SSD

From what I've found, I know it's a VRAM problem, but I have no idea how to fix the problem.

I tried Eden, Citron, both in PGO/MSVC/Official flavors

NX Optimizer is in there, Medium settings. Using NX version 3.2.0, Legacy and Game "TOTK 2.7.1" from the drop-down.

Latest FW and Keys - game version 1.2.1

Tried a multitude of settings, but I end up with the same result every single time.

Set to 8GB VRAM, but also tried 4GB - didn't change a single thing.

Tried BC3 and BC1, VRAM Agressive or Conservative - same result.

The only way to "fix" the problem, is to save, close, and launch again. But doing this every 10 minutes is annoying, to say the least.

I remember playing TOTK on Yuzu a few years back on an old computer with an Intel 8700k + 1080ti and I never had this problem.

Any idea how to fix this?

Rhythm Heaven Groove now optimized

Hi everyone!, I’ve been making mods for recent games (like *Tomodachi Life: Living The Dream*) and for recent game updates (such as *Mario Odyssey* mods for version 1.4.0), and I wanted to let you know that mods for the new game *Rhythm Heaven Groove* are already available on GitHub

This new mod pack includes the following:

Disables dynamic resolution, FXAA, fog, blur, and depth of field (essentially all post-processing).

Low-quality shadows, simplified heavy effects, and single-channel audio.

And finally, it includes a sort of low-latency mode that improves responsiveness, making controls react almost instantly.

Some settings I recommend enabling are: set CPU to "Unsafe" for higher FPS, "Synchronize Core Speed," "Force Maximum Clocks" (Vulkan API only), "Sync to Framerate of Video Playback," and "Enable Asynchronous Shader Compilation."

If you're interested in all this, I'll put the GitHub link below; look for "Rhythm Heaven Groove" in the list, and select the file that shows the game title, "Mod," and version 1.0.0—or something like that.

https://github.com/medinacristofer034-art/SwitchOptimizerMods

Have a great time, and may all your games run at 60 or 120 fps (:

Xenoblade Chronicles DE Crazy Vertex Explosions on Eden Emulator

I’ve tried almost everything and used various versions of Eden as well as Ryubing and Ryubing Canary but I can’t seem to fix this issue. I have an Intel Core Ultra 125U so Intel drivers might be the issue. Please help🙏

I can't play Mario Kart 8 Deluxe.

Pregunta

I'm just getting started and using RetroBat. Another game that works fine for me with two controllers is *Super Smash Bros. Ultimate*, but to play *Mario Kart*, it asks me to add a Mii—which, naturally, I don't have. So, I go to Yuzu to create a Mii, but it just gets stuck there

Por favor, si alguien sabe cómo ayudarme, que me lo diga. Dejo una captura de pantalla de Mario Kart aquí, por si acaso:

Uso Retrobat

How does the Ryzen 5 8600G perform for Switch emulation?

What's up?

I'm building a PC with that processor for gaming, and one of my top priorities is Switch emulation.

I'd like to know if anyone else who's using that same processor with the integrated graphics can tell me how well emulation works right now.

My priority is the Xenoblade series patched to run at 60 fps and 1080p.

Tomodachi Life Living The Dream Mod 1.0.3

Hey folks, i am new to modding/emulation but i have been trying to figure out if anyone's working on a 60fps mod for tomodachi life: living the dream v1.0.3. I tried reverse-engineering the offset myself using Ghidra, found a byte-signature match for the relocated code and patched it but still stuck at 30fps in-game. Also curious if anyone can confirm whether theoriginal 1.0.2 mod actually achieves 60fps for them, since I haven't verified that myself yet either. Any pointers appreciated

Best Settings for TOTK to achieve most smoothness(fps too) for any specs

TOTK still is very hard for most emulators to run and my specs are pretty baseline too. I tried Ryujinx and sudachi and yuzu and eden even but none of them ran it any better, there was either constant stuttering or slide show level frames, brother I even gave up on it and moved on till I found the "Switch games Final Boss Emulator"==>CITRON

I think Citron improves on yuzu more than sudachi but the game changers are probably it's lastest inclusion of FSR 2.0(you will get a slight performance boost and you will need all that you can get in this game) and frame skipping(If rendering a frame may cause stuttering it frickin skips it)

My specs were cpu: 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-12450H" gpu: "NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2050 with 16 GB of DDR5 RAM and SSD obviously

The following settings are for v1.2.1 of the game(I don't it matters that much but I wanted to use UltraCam instead of NX Optimiser) and citron nightly eaceaa6a9 version :

Addons:-update v1.2.1,4k textures, UltraCam (from game banana)

System:-Multicore CPU Emulation enabled, Memory layout 8GB

CPU:-Unsafe

Graphics:- API Vulkan, Device Deducated graphics card, use disk pipeline cache and use asynchronous GPU Emulation enabled, ASTC Decoding method GPU, Vsync mode Mailbox, NVDEC emulation GPU, Full screen mode Borderless, Aspect Ratio Default, Resolution 1X, Window Adapting Filter AMD FSR 2.0, Anti aliasing SMAA, FSR 2.0 Quality mode Performance(anything above RTX 2060 can handle quality), Frame skipping enable and mode is adaptive

Advanced Graphics:- Accuracy level Normal (low if your specs are lower than mine), Anisotropic Filtering 16x, ASTC Recompression BC3(if you have 6GB VRAM or above uncompressed), VRAM Usage mode conservative(again if you have 6GB VRAM or above aggressive) VRAM Limit 0, GC Aggressiveness off(if you have 6GB VRAM or above light) Enable the following and the rest should disabled => Enable asynchronous presentation, Reactive flushing, Asynchronous Shader Building, Fast GPU time, Vulkan pipeline cache, sync to framerate of video playback, barrier feedback loops

PC recommendations for running Switch emulators and high spec demanding games?

I have yet to get my first PC, my brother owns a Ryzen PC (not gaming), and while it runs all of his desired games well, it does not have the power to run switch emu.

So i ask advice, do you guys have any recommendations for a first PC? I don't have a super high budget, second hand/refurbished is fine for me.

If you have a solid budget PC that run switch emulator fine do let me know which one with specs! Honestly i don't want to go near past £400 at the moment, reasonable?

The Beast Roofer Edition, a small personal Ryujinx fork (HD/4K texture pack fix + per-game VRR cap)

Hi everyone,

I wanted to share a little project I have been working on. It is a personal fork of Ryujinx that I call The Beast Roofer Edition. I originally built it just for myself, mainly to fix a crash that stopped large HD/4K texture packs from loading (the big Zelda BOTW and TOTK 4K packs in particular). I have been running it as my daily driver for a few weeks now on my own machine, so it has been solid for me, and I figured I would put it out there in case anyone else wants to try it.

What it adds:

- A fix for the crash with large ASTC texture packs, so big HD/4K packs actually load.

- A per game VRR frame cap (Off / 30 / 60 / 120) for G-Sync and FreeSync displays.

- A built in auto updater served from my own server, plus a cleaner update prompt at startup.

I never really announced the v1.1.4 release, so this covers both v1.1.4 and the newer v1.1.5. A few of the smaller tweaks (like the faster texture loading) are experimental and were tuned for my own machine, so they may not make a difference for everyone.

It is fully MIT licensed and built on the great work of gdkchan and the Ryubing team, with credit and a link back in the readme. Emulator only, of course. No games, no keys, no firmware, and I do not condone piracy in any way. You bring your own content, legally dumped from hardware you own.

If you want to take a look: https://thebeastroofer-edition.com

There is also a small community sub if you want to ask questions or share setups: https://www.reddit.com/r/BeastRooferEdition

Thanks for reading, and thanks to everyone who keeps this scene alive.

How to enter Full Screen Mode on Pc?

I successfully utilized Yuzu for the first time on Windows 11 last night... but everything was essentially in a "windowed mode" of sorts. Unable to find settings for full screen?

Does bluetooth controller PS5/Xbox work easily or do you need another program etc?

Greatly appreciated.
