Help

In the vid as you can see I have 200+ fps but every 10-20 second drops to 80-90 and after 10 seconds or so get back to 200+fps what's the problem (my device Poco f6)

huge fps drop when gui is open

ts genuinely pisses me off cuz when i want to craft or pick a block it drops fps from 100+ to like 5-15 frames
