I may be in the minority here, but the twins are starting to get on my nerves. It’s all just starting to seem really repetitive and I’m 5 books in. For example: Tory rejecting the mating bond because she wants to stay on a continuous poor me I hate Darius party, and Darcy having no personality except for her love life. Them having THAT much power and doing absolutely nothing with it, etc. Do the books get more interesting? I’m about to start skimming

Idk how much more my heart can take. At this point the only thing getting me through is the hope that Cal and Seth will at least kiss like PLEASEEEE

I ignored all of the reading order recommendations and skipped ruthless boys. normally I would never do that but I just could not manage to tear myself away from ZA when I was supposed to read it. I literally could not put these books down. I read the first 7 in 3 weeks

i just finished ZA 7 and am distraught and need a break lol. I heard ZA8 is even worse so I just can’t do it right now. Is it too late to use this break to read ruthless boys? When I say too late I mean does it make reading or order sense to switch this late or is it kind of pointless? should I just move forward with ZA?

I’ve seen so many people mentioning their favourite scenes from the ZA series, and the one scene I’ve never heard anyone talk about is in book 6 >!when Max and Seth are sleeping in Darcy’s room and Max goes “so this is my pillow now, yes?”!< Tell me yours!

>!I just finished chapter 57 in book 9. It's where Caleb fights his mom and then declares his love for Seth. I was so underwhelmed by this. Like the earlier books I really liked the development between them. I loved the tension, the angst, the doubt of ruining friendship. It got so long it was infuriating but I was also heavily invested. This whole book I've been eager to read more about them. But we got SO LITTLE. Where was Caleb's reflection on his sexuality? Where were his doubts about ruining the friendship? We didn't get any fun sneaking around stuff. The fighting his mom had almost no build up (?) I was just so displeased. Like really you torture me with this slow burn friends to lovers for 3 books and in the book they get together I get some crumbs, no tension and then suddenly a love declaration? Perhaps it's just me, but I was literally so excited for their romance this book and it just didn't do it for me. I'm just venting and hoping I'm not alone in my disappointment.!<

Hi, I have just finished ZA4, and I am not sure if I should go straight into book 5 or if I should go and read some kind of novella? I've seen so many different reading orders, and I'm confused as hell

Currently reading Night from Live and Let Lionel and I am laughing so f*cking hard. The RBs are hilarious. Then I remember people who skip RB on their ZA journey and can’t help but feel bad for how much they are missing out on!!!

Okay, I'm on chapter 9 of restless stars and >!It just dawned on me that Seth and Caleb's "secret" relationship is literally known to everyone except Max, but I suspect Max already knows too just through snippets of emotions. Also, I'm DYING laughing at Darius messing with their heads about it 😂😂!<

my only two friends who have read ZA did not read Ruthless boys. I am deep into Broken Fae (the xxxmas special if you must know) and I am GUSHING. if anyone loves to talk books i'd love to have someone to talk to/ share my reactions as i keep reading. specifically someone who has read most of the entirety of the books, and someone who ENJOYS them and yapping about them with others.

This may be a hot take and please don’t attack me but I don’t like Elise all that much. Her audacity to sleep around with 4 men and get jealous when they even look in another girls direction? And then when she’s mated she expects these men to still want her and refuses to let them move on. Maybe the Reverse harem thing just isn’t for me cause this is my first experience with it. I love all the kings and I don’t hate Elise as a whole I just think my real life morals aren’t letting me enjoy this series to its full extent.

Edit to add: I also hate that she salutes everyone it just feels cringey to me
