Is it worth it?

I’m buying a 2nd hand zx4rr 2026 model acquired last December 2025. The original odometer was 1,700km and here are the upgrades:

Upgrades:
- Sliders
- Slip-on pipe
- Tank grip
- QuadLock phone mount
- Radiator and V-Guard
- Windshield
- JPA tail light
- Foldable tail tidy
- Front axle slider
- Honeycomb front signal light
- Paddock stand spool

The seller and I had already a deal with a price of 445k. Is it worth it? Panalo ba or eguls?

ZX-4RR full exhaust

I’ve recently bought a Zx4rr and I am looking to allow it to get to its full potential, and I was wondering if anybody had any recommendations for a full exhaust setup that isn’t stupid loud(I like my neighbours) and doesn’t limit the bike. I will also be getting the bike tuned/flashed.

2026 zx4rr problem

Bike just hit 300 miles, rode it home through some heavy thunderstorm and now it seems to be leaking some fluid from multiple spots. Seems to be mostly dripping from the fairing and kickstand, the engine even had a tiny bit of steam coming off it. Is it totalled guys, I went over 4k rpm during the break in once or twice I think it's entirely destroyed 😩

Good price for a used zx4rr?

I'm looking for a zx4rr used. I found one on Facebook its a 2024 with 2k miles flashed ecu, tail tidy and slip on. He's asking 9000 dollars. Is that a decent price or is he asking to much? He says he is willing to negotiate so i could try to get him lower

New headlights are INSANE!

They’re from KT moto and you can change them to whatever color/pattern/design and have integrated turn signals as well. Genuinely a 10/10

Edit : YouTube video is here which has the installation, features, and review

Is this Zx4rr worth it?

Hello! Got a dilemma in front of me. I currently ride an RC390 but have fallen in love with the Zx4rr. There’s one for sale near me for $4500 BUT it has some issues. It was previously laid over and the owner put aftermarket fairings that don’t match on it and removed the muffler from it. The bike has 5000 miles on it and I’m trying to figure out if it would be worth it. I would go look at it to get a feel for it, but the bikes a little over 4 hours away from my location. I know it’s subjective, but would really appreciate yalls opinion. Thanks!

EDIT: Forgot to mention is a 2024

3 months with the ZX-4R – couldn’t be happier!

After three months of riding my ZX-4R, I’m really happy with it. It’s such a fun bike to ride, and I’ve been enjoying every single ride so far.
Really glad I chose this motorcycle. 🏍️

Going from z500 to zx4r

Does it make any sense to go from a z500 to a zx4r? I've been riding for about 4 months started with msf course and now I'm fully licensed. Eventually i want a 600 but i feel like a zx4r would be a great in-between bike from the parallel twin z500 to the 4 cylinder 600. The zx4 ecu can be flashed to make it put out about 70hp safely because the market where the bike is made has the power and the us just has power limitations. Is it a waste of time or would it actually make sense?

Zx4rr death wobble

I got a death wobble at around 110 mph Right after the wobble my front brake seemed like it wasn’t working properly, but after some time it felt normal again It’s possible that I was just extremely shaken up and misjudged it in the moment.
Do you guys think I should take the bike to a shop and have it inspected even if everything seems normal now?

Zx4rr uk insurance

I’m 24 and doing my direct access in a few weeks time. I’ve had bikes all my life but never ridden on the road (MX/trail ) I’ve set my eyes on the zx4rr as I think it’s 70hp is a nice level of power to start on and always loved the inline 4s some of my family members owed when I was growing up. After doing some quotes on MCM compare I’m getting the standard “we don’t wanna insure you” prices of £6000+ from a handful of insurers.
I’ve got 7 years no claims on a fairly quick car with no speeding/convictions

Is there anyway to bring this down at all or am I clutching at straws? Any tricks of the trade or work arounds that are still viable ?

I just can’t justify doing my full license and ending up on a 125 for NC500 next year trying to keep up with my family’s 600cc+ bikes 😂

Any advice would be really appreciated. Looking forward to getting on the road soon!

Changing the break in oil after 975 miles.

This is from an older post from User Deizel_Dave. Sorry man I don't know how to tag you. But, here is my break in oil change. A lot later than I wanted to since my 2027 Aprilia had to go in for Warranty work (WHO WOULD OF GUESSED) I did not perform a boroscope of the engine, but I did cut the filter open and here are the results. Minimal flaking, ferrous material. Went magnet fishing in the oil. Seems to be nominal. Now to tune the snot out of it.

ZX6R - Ordered but scared!

I had crashed my ZX4R a year back, and now I am getting back into riding. I have booked a ZX6R (ZX4R is not available near me at all), and paid about 8% of the price as an advance, its non refundable - perhaps I can recover some money if I ask for a refund but lets assume I won't get it.

I have ordered better gear, an airbag vest, and sworn to ride saner. No more insane corners, highway pulls, vlogging, etc.

Last time I crashed as I took a corner too hard for a video. I know, stupid me. I had a minor surgery and fracture and recovered now.

But my family and to some extent me as well are shit scared. They are telling me to cancel the bike, and that it would kill me.

They're telling me to get a simple bike instead and take the Rs 1lakh ($1000) hit on the bike order.

But man do I love the inline 4 scream and the looks, and I am obviously going to ride better.

Is the ZX6R that scary of a bike or am I overscared? Can I handle it and avoid crashing with the new precautions, or will I still be tempted by that engine to pull and kill myself?

Thanks!
