So im gonna do internal cleaning, maintenance and repasting of a laptop.

Am i allowed to bring in a screwdriver kit (small screwdriver with different tips), some tweezer and what?

For context, im gonna start working, may free parking, kaso lang, its not covered parking and just an open area, and now its extra hot since its summer, its 8 hours in the sun din kasi.

I was thinking of covering the car when I get there, and just remove it when I leave.
