Hi po, freshie ho ako galing ng probinsya, nakakuha po ako ng scholarship sa DLSU, masaya naman po ako about it, kaya lang po I feel pressured everytime po na nag overthink ako, Kung ano nga bang environment yung meron sa DLSU? natatakot po ako mabully especially when I think of introducing myself kasi po nahihiya ako sa background ko, may mga nakikita pa po akong mga contents and post sa social media na mga elitista raw po mga taga DLSU? Tsaka po baka po ma FOMO ako not because of material things and "luho" pero sa mga bayarin po like books etc...

Hi! For context, the reason I want to do condo near dlsu especially when class starts is because of how much my transpo will be in a day and body clock wise. My house to the nearest train station is like 135-160 pesos on angkas, depending on the time especially kapag rush hour and i dont know how else to commute traditionally. I then take lrt2 and lrt1 so madadagdag pa yan of course. Pero if from home to Dlsu its gonna be like 295 pesos.
The estimated expense of commute in a day of papunta and pauwi is already 400-600 pesos or maybe 700max huhu, also not only that but afaik its tiring din to get drained especially from commute palang and I fear that it would affect my body clock & acads. And not to mention its gonna be a hassle kapag bumaha during typhoon szn.
Can u guys give me ideas how I could convince them? Or maybe some cons of dlsu that could help with my statement 💔✌️

My LASARE3 retreat will take place on July 10-11. However, based on weather forecasts, it appears that there will be a strong typhoon which will come close to the Philippines on July 9-11 which will coincide with my LASARE3 retreat date. It's also likely that there will be strong Habagat rains during my LASARE3 retreat dates, and it is also probable that a class suspension may occur. May I ask what may happen with my LASARE3 retreat under these conditions? (will there be a contingency plan, etc)
Let me give a piece of my mind because the migration of system to archers hub has been delaying my enrollment to further studies! Since the diplomas are given at a much later date than our graduation I needed to get additional documents but then again those documents have taken twice more time to be ready. Its also so frustrating having to go to the campus every other day because their hotlines don't work. I live 2 hours away from campus and this isnt just it for a university we paid so much for.

Hi! I’m a tired engineering student who’s planning to shift courses, and I’ve been leaning toward a career in the corporate world particularly in finance since that’s what my mom has been recommending.
I’m looking for a course in DLSU that isn’t extremely difficult but is still manageable (I’d say moderate in terms of workload). My goal is to graduate on time because I really can’t afford to get delayed. My parents are already close to retirement, so I want to finish my degree as soon as possible and start working.
What course would you recommend if I want to enter the finance industry? I’m hoping for something that can still lead to a decent salary as long as I work hard and gain experience.
I’d also appreciate hearing from anyone who shifted from engineering to business or finance. How was the transition, and do you regret it?

Hi! Im an incoming freshman for DLSU and my confirmation schedule was on June 30, although due to an unexpected family emergency that conflicted with my timeslot I would not be able to attend my confirmation in my required date and according to the initial instructions "Qualified applicants who will confirm outside of their designated schedule will NOT be allowed entry to the campus." So I'm wondering if there are any other dates I can pass my requirements outside the required timeframe. Thanks!
