HomePod doesn’t connect
Hi everyone.
We’re both using iPhones (15 and 16) that are updated with a HomePod that is up to date, but every day we have difficulty connecting to our HomePod to play Spotify. I have to reboot my phone for it to connect to the HomePod for any reason and she’s just given up on it.
It’s really annoying and it has been an issue for over a year. Used to work fine when we used Apple Music but went back to Spotify since.
Edit: just more information. Yesterday we couldn’t connect. I checked the settings and found there was an update. Updated it fine. Still couldn’t connect. Had to reboot my phone. It then worked. This morning? Nope.
Edit 2: worked for two hours, disconnected, and now won’t connect.
