$PWCM Was Already Positioning For a Breakout Move - NOW BITCOIN!!!

Just pointing out that $PWCM is looking good for a big move. This is all based on the chart and changes the company is making. I was watching and considering posting even before today's Bitcoin move. With Bitcoin rallying, you can decide for yourself how the fact that $PWCM owns over 300 Bitcoins might affect a short-term move!

Anyway, here is my analysis. I hope it helps someone and please share any critiques or comments you may have.

THESIS
PowerCompute ($PWCM) is a small-cap, sub-2M float power and computing infrastructure company transitioning from Bitcoin mining toward AI/HPC infrastructure. $PWCM already owns 26 MW of operational power infrastructure, and management is converting a portion of that capacity into higher-value AI/HPC computing. At its current valuation, the market appears to be assigning very little value to that infrastructure, especially if management can execute on the AI/HPC strategy, making $PWCM an extremely undervalued equity.

EXISTING INFRASTRUCTURE & THE POTENTIAL FOR MORE
PowerCompute owns approximately 26 MW of operational power infrastructure across Oklahoma and Mississippi. The company believes some or all of this capacity can be utilized for AI/HPC applications. Management has also discussed the potential to secure an additional 10–50 MW through its Oklahoma power relationships. The key advantage is that PowerCompute isn’t making a pivot into something they don’t have extensive experience with. They already have energized sites, power infrastructure, operating personnel and experience running power-intensive computing operations.

AI/HPC PIVOT IS ALREADY UNDERWAY
This is a project in motion, not hypotheticals. PowerCompute has purchased professional-grade NVIDIA GPUs for its Oklahoma facility and entered into an agreement with Vast.ai to monetize compute capacity through its marketplace. This aspect of the thesis is arguably the most important. It is their proof of concept. The initial deployment is intended to establish real-world revenue and operating economics before the company attempts to scale. This opens the way for a number of positive catalysts that could create high-value momentum spikes on its way to closing the gap between current share price and actual value.

POTENTIAL REVENUE VS CURRENT VALUATION
Management estimates that a full AI/HPC deployment across its existing 26 MW could generate approximately $20M–$50M of annual revenue, based on estimated revenue of roughly $800K–$2M per MW. This would be nothing short of transformational for the company's current equity valuation. I speculate that, given the bottleneck in demand for megawatts to power AI data-centers, it isn’t unreasonable to lean toward the higher end of these estimates. AI data-center development is increasingly constrained by electricity availability, grid interconnection and the time required to bring new capacity online.

FUNDAMENTALS OF INTEREST
Float: 1.8M Share Price: ~$1.70   Intrinsic Value: $12   Book Value: $40   Cash per Share: $2.40

PowerCompute reported approximately 318.3 BTC as of June 30, valued at roughly $18.6M at that time.

CIRCUMSTANTIALS
-Per Finviz, insider transactions are up 199% (there’s actually a CFO purchase documented at an RS adjusted share price of $5.50)

-August 18, 2026 Maxim Group reiterated their Buy Rating, setting a price target of $4.00.

Meet My Fren...

So this little lady (?) showed up one day in my yard.
Sub-adult, missing half of her tail, and, by all appearances, not doing very well. Her tail injury was fairly fresh and looked infected. She didn't seem quite "all there," tail notwithstanding, and she was bolder than she should have been, maybe out of desperation.

I didn't know of any rehabbers near me so I learned what I could, here and elsewhere, and started giving her a pecan and a piece of carrot when I would see her. I wanted to respect her wildness, not become her primary food source, I just wanted to get over the hump, so to speak, and give her a chance at survival. She clearly wasn't getting enough foraging and the other squirrels were really vicious to her when she tried.

Anyway, I'm sure I made a lot of mistakes, but that was going on two years ago now. She turned the corner and I think she's been a pretty successful adult, possibly even having a litter of kits this season. She still drops in, and she still gets a pecan (from a respectful distance), and I thought maybe some of you would like to know about her.

Sorry for the photo quality, I tried to stay far enough away that she wouldn't get habituated to me and it seems like somehow every shot with her is an action shot. :-)

I'm taking a swing here ~$2.30 based on price action, the charts, and the positive press dynamic fueling them.

Just a glance at the weekly chart and MACD show the potential for a parabolic move in development. It's currently sitting about 5% shy of a major breakout level.

More subtle is the higher-timeframe outlook. It's clearly constructive, much more-so than April when it pushed from the $1.70's to ~$2.37 which, BTW, is exactly where price is building a shelf to form a new base for the next leg up.

It's already reclaimed $2.23 and is pushing back over the EMA stack and the minute chart shows a chart methodically coiling for a retest of the high $2.40's.

TA-wise it's a living setup and it's sometimes difficult to gage the implied urgency in charts for sub-3.5M floats so I'm calling this a swing but I expect it to be a short one and depending on momentum might not be a swing at all but an overnight instead. Or, who knows? Maybe it could do the thing today. But whenever it picks up participation the charts are suggesting a next level move. All it needs to do is keep doing what it's doping now and defend the low-$2.20's.

I don't usually bother much with the qualitative stuff but I think it's relevant here because it is at least partially the reason it's moving so well. So a few pieces of positive press are worth noting.

  1. They are a nano-cap but operationally they are punching way above their weight. The market cap is around $32M running $30B AUM. That's a staggering disconnect.
  2. Based on price-to-sales ratio they are trading at a 90% discount.
  3. They flipped profitable in FY 2025, showing a nearly $7M improvement over prior year. And they nearly tripled EBITDA. Q4 2025 revenues are up double-digits to over $50M.
  4. They are currently pioneering an international expansion, opening up entirely new markets and revenue streams.

You need to peel back the filings a bit to see what a big deal some of these are, but the short of it is they appear to be the real deal and are making substantive moves that are impacting the bottom line and investors seem to approve.

If you take a position, watch for the hold of ~$2.20.
Should be a fun, and probably quick, trade. GLTA :-)
