Looking for Feedback and Advice

As the title says, I'm looking for feedback and advice.

I'm open to all feedback and constructive criticism (and any praise?) as I'm certain there's other things I haven't noticed which I could improve on.

My main concern is rendering, though. Until about 8 (?) months ago, I had only ever drawn traditionally doing lineart. I didn't even really bother with shading before that. I feel everything about my rendering is noticeably behind where I'm at with everything before that in the process and I don't really know where to go next to improve, especially as I don't know if it's even as bad as I think (though I know it's mid at best). I feel I've hit a wall with progress there, maybe because I'm focusing on things I think are worse than they are (or are as bad as I think), perhaps not really understanding concepts properly or maybe even a lack of direction for where I want my rendering to go.

Most other things I feel I'm happy with, but do point out anything else I may be overlooking and could improve.
