Which font is better for my webcomic

This is literally the first page mkayy- i just wanna see which font suits the webcomic better as well as being good for readability

The 1st on is the og, the then the last 2 attempts in order

I rlllyyy wanna get this out of the way because lettering is a a huge part (who wouldve guessed i knoww-)

But im struggling to find a cute font that fits the aesthetic (which is a more retro thang-) and is also readable😭

I really wanna get this down before i even draw more pages

finished piece!

i understand if this potentially gets taken down! however a lot of people here asked me to post this when it was done, so i thought it was only right to do so! in the original post, you can find links to other socials etc. if interested! thank you all so much for the advice and for the love!

Portrait style

Hello. Thank you in advance for your critical appreciation. I paint some portraits in an app on my smartphone. What is your general impression of this one, of a decease portuguese painter, reference included? Any aspect welcomed. 😀

Working on my portraits

Hii, this is my first post here. i’m trying to get better at portraits and i’d love some constructive criticism, sorry is this isn’t the right place for it.

there is so many insanely talented artists in the place, kinda intimidating hehe.

Why do my women look so masculine?

I wasn't sure how to title this so it made sense, but this problem has been bugging me for a while. Every time I draw women, they end up looking very masculine and often look like men. I don’t draw women super often since I prefer drawing men, but I still have ocs that are women and I do commissions of other people's ocs.

I always try to soften the features, but some characters (like the one at the bottom in the second image) have sharper features so I can't soften them as much. I still want to keep my artstyle which is why I'm asking here so I could know what I'm doing wrong.

Something isn’t right with her face shape right?

Is the right side of her face smaller or am I tripping? I’ve looked at this for so long I’m not sure.

Ps. This is the first time I’ve gotten likeness this close to the original 💃

How much should I price for this?

I did this as a headshot/bust up sketch commission for $15 which was my new price for something like this. But I feel it might still be a little underpriced as this style is a bit more like monochrome illustration than a typical sketch. Partly due to the way I do "sketches" which tend to come off as lineart instead. Would like some suggestions on what I could charge for this style!

Any help is appreciated!

I find it difficult to render after getting a drawing pad

I was maybe a bit decent before at rendering on my iPad, but since I got my drawing pad from Huion it's as if I can't do it anymore. The colours look flat, the entire sketch looks one dimensional and the longer I look the more issues I find in the composition.

I use Krita now, as my drawing pad can't connect to procreate on my iPad and it has since stopped me from using procreate

Please help me fix this painting

I am currently painting Leon from RE as a commission. The sketch is under as you can see and it looks pretty good. The painting in my opinion, looks a liiiittle bit off. Is it proportions or something else? It’s just the second layer of paint but I wanna fix everything before continuing. Am I making it ip or is it actually off. Any advice is welcome!

Critique me (go crazy!)

I want to improve. This took around 1.3 hours. I absolutely hate background and I am lazy with rendering clothing 😋

Edit: wow! Didn’t expect this to go sicko mode while I was at work. I appreciate everyone’s input. There was a lot of helpful inputs with this. Thanks yall :)

Guys how much (robux) wold y'all pay for this?

I was planning on 15 robux but idk also some advice on how to actually start doing commissions would be great

Does my art look like I've been drawing for 5 years? I feel my art is always missing something

It either feels my art doesn't have enough going on, or that it looks wonky, or maybe I just don't understand how anything works, if you for instance, ask me to simplify a tree without any tutorials or guides, I'd go on standby and my brain would fry hahaha.

Something feels off about the vibes of this piece

I’m trying to draw a vampire lady but she’s not looking how I imagined, maybe it’s the dress, maybe the hairstyle I don’t know. As you can see I’ve finished the line work and I started moving onto color but I can’t get it to look right and it’s something I don’t think rendering can fix.
I like the bangs until I go to add color and suddenly it looks too messy.
I was trying to have her holding a now empty wine glass of blood but I don’t think I did it well, again something feels wrong. I hate the way the blood looks on her lips, but I don’t know how to correct it.
Any thoughts or suggestions?

how to art better? (+advice on commissions?)

After seeing my painting, specifically the first one (green), my friend has been insisting that I should take commissions. Im not sure if i’m there yet? I’ve never been super confident in my art and how it looks.

With that being said, any tips for improvement in general, not just painting?

And if they do commission me, how much would be appropriate to ask? i do acrylic on canvas.

also! sorry if i used the wrong flair. lmk if i should change it

Is my art even good enough for comms yet?

I’ve— as the summer‘s come around again—gotten to think about doing commissions, as finding a summer job to save for college is really hard nowadays. I’m working to build a following, but I want to know if my art is even good enough before I start. I don’t wanna put the cart before the horse, if you get what I mean.
Any advice is welcome as long as (not sugarcoating) it isn’t made with any mean remarks or pessimism! (as in, please do try and be constructive, ‘preciate y’all!)
I’ve come to Reddit for some advice, considering I seem to snag good advice when I peruse the subreddit on occasion—though I haven’t personally posted in a little while.

I’ve given a few samples of my art over late-late last year and over this year for you all.
Yes, I am aware the fingers are awry in the second image— and I made the first image a few minutes ago, as a means of showing my sketches/rough doodles. I hope you appreciate them.
