Tough decision because there are so many good sets currently listed, but I ended up going with the Blossom Cafe and Toy Store, cannot wait for their arrivals!
Absolutely not questioning our girl's natural born talent (and I'm sure it's just a standard beat that's been used in countless other songs in existence) but when I first listened to 'I Knew It, I Knew You' it reminded me a bit of Maroon 5's 'Must Get Out' and now I can't unhear it. Am I crazy? Probably lol
Holy crap this song slaps. 💥 It reminds me a bit of Beck in the best ways (love him) and I really hope this song makes it into the rotation on the fall leg of the tour. Anyone have a backstory on its lyrics?
This 80's kid's age is showing but I chose the cassette over vinyl and have zero regrets lol
Since I was unable to attend I thought I'd make a playlist of their set so we can still celebrate in spirit and sound, enjoy 👁️🧑🏼🚀🚀
Ok so I’ve watched Failure’s Hulu documentary for the umpteenth time (such a well made doc imo), but there is a blink and you’ll miss it moment where they show a Lego/brick build of the Fantastic Planet album cover. I absolutely adore this album (as anyone with ears should lol) but I can’t find any information on who made that awesome build and if there are MOC instructions for it anywhere. Short of my pausing the documentary and attempting to build it by sight alone does anyone have any ideas on the backstory of its creation? I’m assuming it was made by a very talented fellow fan, but being both a music dork and a Lego dork I really want to build it. Unfortunately I found zero info on it online so here I am. 🙋♀️
